Oh my God this property makes such a difference. We were booked In another hotel, and when we arrive, the hotel has nothing to do with the Pictures so we went back to Expedia and found this hotel and literally these propertie save our trip

Very clean, upscale accommodations, great staff and beautiful grounds. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I chose the king superior, ocean view. I also took full advantage of the restaurants and infinity pool.

A modern well appointed beach side hotel
A three night stop over and all facilities were good. Questionable lack of sufficient bottled drinking water available unless you paid an extortionate price from the mini bar. In a country where water from the tap is never drunk this is a very valid criticism. Otherwise all good

I recently stayed at Sls Cancún with friends and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located, exclusive, and safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were even better than the pictures. While I’d rate it 5 stars for the overall experience, there was a bit of a hiccup with the breakfast service. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until 1 pm, they unexpectedly stopped serving the paid-in-advance breakfast at 11 am without prior notice. Additionally, the limited menu for pre-paid breakfast didn’t feel like good value at all.

Love the staff, Amazing location , Private beach , nice pool. Good quality food. Only thing dint like its the A/C on my room wasn’t working , they came twice to fixed at 4am then at 7am. The solution was changing the room but they actually Downgrade the room from the previous one. I think staff at the counter could worked something better since I check in at 12pm that night! Not happy to pay $500 for a hotel room with a broken A/C.

The property is great and the restaurant has great food. There’s only one restaurant and it’s pricey. It’s also very rich food to eat every day but Uber eats is a great alternative. I only wish there were activities for my son to do but we planned ahead of time with excursions thru other vendors.

Stayed in this property for 3 nights. Loved every single day of it. Hotel was in top tier condition. The views of the hotel were just as pictures. Andy the butler was always there for me for whatever I needed to get around the city. He has very nice personality, all the hotel staff were great especially the front desk staff lady and the kitchen staffs. The only downside might be the location, it’s little secluded away from the parties of the downtown. Which maybe good for some but might come little inconvenient to others. Regardless this place welcomed me and I had the most amazing memories stay.

Overall a nice quiet hotel however the pictures were nicer than the actual room. The room I reserved was not divided from the sitting area like in the photos, also the bathroom and tub was facing the ocean in the photos however the bathroom in person was not. The photos also show a hammock on the balcony but no hammock upon arrival although we did receive one when requested. THE CRAZY PART was that our a.c stopped working so I called the front desk and let them know, they sent someone up but the repair was taking longer than I expected. I called back and asked if they can change our room but the person at the front desk stated there are no clean rooms at the moment and they could not accommodate us. I dont want to go into "what if" the a.c couldn't be fixed that night but seriously!! The next day the fridge stopped working however they immediately replaced it. Overall the staff was friendly but dont make the mistake of bringing a drink by the pool that you did not purchase from the bar because the workers will tell management and have you get rid of it.

Wonderful time at SLS. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pool area. Quiet and calm unlike much of Cancun these days. Had one issue with an a grossly overpriced drink. Then was brought a second without being asked without knowing the excessive pricing. Took several conversations with different people to get it corrected but in the end they did. I will return to this hotel. Great experience.

Very expensive. Off the beaten path with limited accommodation for travel to go to attractions and downtown. The hotel is a high end residential apartment that sections off a small area for tourists. The hold on your credit card for incidentals was INSANE $800 for 3 nights which are up a lot of traveling funds. The images for the rooms were misleading although the rooms were nice for the price. The entire floor smelled like sewage which is actually pretty common in Mexico but still a turnoff. Would not stay here again. The savings were eaten up by expensive food and beverages as well as taxis to the attractions which should have been spent on a hotel on the hotel row in the downtown area.

SLS Cancun is probably one of the more refined hotel/resorts in Cancun. It is nestled at the end of the hotel zone strip in Puerto Cancun, which (in my opinion) is much nicer than the trash that the Hotel Zone has become. The clientele and vibes are very upscale chic luxury, the views amazing, rooms big, food good and excellent vibes/service. It is also close to the Puerto Cancun shopping mall which is very large. It has a lovely beach club (albeit a bit quiet - though it is low season). Cancun itself is rather unremarkable (Tulum much more super-luxe jet set vibes that I am inclined towards) and trashy, but the SLS and Puerto Cancun is a diamond in the rough. If you do want to just grasp Cancún for a day before going to the much better Tulum, suggest spending 2 nights in Cancun max and if you do so, stay at SLS (you won’t regret it).

We had a great stay, unfortunately we left behind my son's pillow. I called from the airport notifying so they could save it. Four days later I called so we could send for it, had to call 3 times because they wouldn't give me a straight answer. At the end the rude guy claimed they didn't had it, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he left me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up the call. How is it possible that a hotel of this category doesn't give the necessary importance on saving their customers belongings. This article had a huge sentimental value to my child and it is unfortunate the staff didn't helped us get it back.

Truly loved our stay here at SLS Cancun. Wife and I stayed here for babymoon and we enjoyed every bit of it. From welcoming atmosphere of the Hotel to the attentiveness of staff to the deliciousness of the food and just how secured we felt ( incident with kidnap Americans weeks prior). Great service from valet to chefs, housekeepers and waiter. Special shout-out to Daniel and Eric ( Concierge) for always being there to make sure we got everything we needed. Will definitely recommend a stay here. Heads-up the food and drinks here is very very pricey.
