"A lovely remote hotel constructed from an old coffee plantation house. Excellent buildings and layout, lovely food, plenty to do but if you don't like crowds, avoid the weekends! The hotel was overtaken by wealthy Paulistanos in their expensive cars with kids that don't know how to behave (a trait all over the world!). The high level of rowdy children spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. A great hotel, just avoid the weekends!"

"Muito bom, ótimas instalações, confortável, pessoal muito atencioso. Um único senão foi o barulho das obras de reforma do chalé ao lado do que ficamos. Sei que é difícil conciliar mas por tratar-se de um local para descanso poderiam fazer as obras em horários que incomodasse menos, por exemplo das 10 as 16 horas e não as 7 horas."

Lots of noise this time around because there was a group of people for an event there and they were so loud early in the morning yelling and laughing for hours in the hallway. And the WiFi is terrible. If basically doesn’t exist. Netflix turns off and on and if you have to work forget it don’t bother. "
