Best location in Cairo and real 5 star service
“Very impressed..wonderful and safe vacation in Cairo, can't wait to go back!”
We arrived in Cairo at approx.2am and proceeded to get a Visa at the airport which I think is great. We took a taxi to the hotel which was about a 40 minute drive. Once we arrived at the hotel, the car was sniffed by security dogs and this occurred each time a car attempts to enter the hotel gates. I definitely did not mind this as it made me feel all the safer. Check in took no longer than 5 minutes. The room was clean with two very comfortable double beds with a view of the city. Hotel service wonderful and the staff were very courteous. The hotel lobby, restaurants, shops are spectacular. This is a hotel that you could comfortably stay in for a trip to Cairo. Not one complaint of this hotel. I will definitely be back to Cairo and would definitely stay here again and again and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a safe, clean luxurious stay in Cairo that us not far from all. We had one driver for our stay and the hotel was close to many parts of the city. Traffic is horrendous in Cairo and we were scared to cross the streets without our driver who is from Cairo. Give more than plenty of time when traveling back to airport as traffic as jammed at all times of the day and night. This was our first time in Egypt and we were also lucky to have visited during Ramadan. The people of Cairo couldn't have been more beautiful and welcoming to me and my family. I love Cairo and miss it already!! Make sure to visit the Pyramids at Giza, the Egyptian Museum and the markets!!!
“Cairo”
Nice clean hotel with excellent restaurant choices. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only draw backs were the rock hard beds and the difficulty of walking anywhere from there. Not that I would recommend walking in Cairo due to the massive amount of traffic and the frightening way they drive.
“Excellent 5 star hotel at 4 star price.”
This is a first class hotel, well located for business and leisure visitors with a wide range of services including restaurants that are all of a very high standard.
“Great times in a great City”
What a wonderful hotel! It's in a prime location by the Nile, and almost next door to the Cairo Museum. The hotel exudes elegance and quality, and the service was exemplary. I shall definitely go back - as soon as possible!!
“Fabulous hotel!”
This is the best hotel I've ever experienced anywhere! The staff members were all extremely gracious and helpful. My two young daughters were treated like little princesses; the very lovely cleaning staff even offered to babysit! The room was gorgeous and had a great balcony with a view of the city center (Tahrir Square). The location was also great - on the Nile, with fabulous views of the river from the hotel's excellent Italian restaurant (the Lebanese restaurant at the hotel was even more wonderful - and the service was superb). We could walk from the hotel to the Egyptian Museum, to a nearby shopping mall, to the American University of Cairo (and its excellent bookstore), to a lovely French cafe, and all over downtown. Taxis were readily available for longer trips. I loved this hotel and can't wait to go back. (on my last trip to Cairo, I stayed at the Marriott in Zamalek, which was an out of the way location. And though that hotel has beautiful gardens, it is huge and anonymous and the staff were not at all as friendly or helpful).
“Recommended for an enjoyable stay”
Very good hotel to stay at. We had two large rooms with comfortable queen beds and the rooms were very clean. The Nile views are great. The staff in the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Of the six restaurants the Bird Cage was the best - great ambience and good Thai food. The Lebanese restaurant was on the same floor and was also good. The 4th floor has a good swimming pool and, surprisingly, a traditional oven for making pitta bread. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and we needed the help of a policeman to get across. However, the hotel is conveniently situated for visiting the various tourist attractions. We would be happy to stay there again.
“Cant wait to go back”

“Best nile view Hotel”
First of all i have to admit that the view overlooking the Nile was brilliant ,marvelous even though it was winter time but i had to sit in the balcony and also the breakfast was great experience i like the food there was a wide variety and also the service was very good but i believe the hotel was a little dark maybe some people like it but i didn't and also the receptionist was unprofessional AT ALL she was mad not even half a smile her voice tone was aggressive a little bit and also the staff were arguing behind the front desk any way the room was clean ,spacious, relaxing i liked it .Bottom line it was a great experience staying at this hotel
