The hotel was close to a large plaza with many shops and restaurants. We were a few blocks from historical sites, shopping lanes and beaches. The concierge was amiable and helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking a lane that came alive with happy people at night.

To be clear, I'm not saying this is a 5 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel. But within that class of hotels it was top notch. Clean, very friendly staff, great location. Easy walk to train and bus station. Balcony for people watching on the street below or the apartments across the way. Study the pictures to know if it is right for you. They are accurate. Bed, night stands, desk, TV and A/C thats it. No fridge, kettle, microwave, iron. I wouldn't consider booking a hotel in this price range in the USA for fear not only of what I'd find in the hotel but also what I'd find in the neighborhood. No fears here. If you need bargain accommodations look no further.

excellent location; very safe neighborhood (by Plaza del Ayuntamiento); lots of place to eat around the property. It should not be classified as a hostel, it is like a small hotel (no frills) in right in middle of the historic district.

Rompió la cortina tal como llego. Hizo fotos al personal mientras intentaba solucionar sus problemas, cosa totalmente prohibida. No utilizaba mascarilla, siendo obligatorio. No se comunicaba ni con recepcion ni con limpieza para el tema de hacerle el cuarto. Un cordial saludo!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this hostel was great! It’s location to the bus and train station is perfect - less than a 10 min walk. The room was basic but very clean and bright and the shower was fantastic! The front desk clerk was super sweet and let me leave my bag until my room was ready. There is also is an elevator, which was a welcome feature! The hostel is also right around the corner from a lovely square with a lot of restaurants and cafes. A great location!

Rigtig god oplevelse til fornuftige penge
Jeg havde en rigtig god oplevelse på hotellet. Rigtig venlig personale i receptionen, der både kunne snakke engelsk og selvfølgelig spansk. Forholdene er også rigtig gode og der er stille og roligt i de sene nattetimer på trods af at hotellet ligger lige ud til torvet og en stor boulevard ved havnen. Beliggenheden er også god, få meter fra torvet og en af de mange smukke handelsgader og får hundrede meter fra den store katedral. Desuden er der heller ikke langt til stranden derfra, hvis man er til det. Kan varmt anbefales, og en god pris, hvis man ankommer udenfor ferie sæsonen ligesom jeg gjorde.
