We checked in into one of the rooms but felt unsafe while on our stay. And then we checked out of the room after a few hours without staying for our duration of stay of 3 nights. We emailed Expedia with all the photos and videos of evidence of the safety concerns that we had. But Expedia refused to help.

Good location but No parking access on the property. Bell boy need to get car for you at all times . No microwave or coffee machine in the suite. Had few bathroom issues but were resolved for the time being. Small pool nice to relax.

This property was very run down, noisy. TV did not work, there was only one bath towel, staff did not speak English. I would not stay there without my husband or trust leaving any belongings in the room unattended. Plus side, bed was clean and shower worked well.

This property is in a very busy street. The noise is out of control. Our room had a broken window, door that didn’t lock and a broken screen door which made it very difficult to be comfortable and feel safe. The bathroom was just disgusting and smelled horrible. The bed is very hard and extremely uncomfortable.

Location is in the heart of all entertainment (Beach, clubs, bars, restaurants etc). However the rooms are nothing what the pictures were shown. The room looked cleaned however the hotel and room both had a really bad odor not to mentioned there was bugs and ants in my room the entire time.

The property is just terrible. Rooms are smelly and things are falling apart as soon as we checked in. Bathroom has so many rusty corners that are very unsafe, toilet has wobbly seats, faucets are leaky but barely has any water pressure. Soap container in the washroom and the tissue dispenser smells like it hasn't been used in years because it stank so bad. The back door screen is ripped and cannot be closed, considering this is a main floor room that was very unsafe as the main floor property can be accessed by the public without a reservation. Front desk staff cannot communicate/cannot speak English at all therefore they did not want deal with our concerns when it was brought up to their attention. We checked out as soon as we can from this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.'

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful. Spoke some English, but were very helpful in communicating in translation. What they didn’t know. The one problem that I had was the noise. My particular room was by the stairs and it was extremely noisy as well. Just off the street at ground level.

This is an older property with small basic rooms that are clean but sparsely furnished. It is located on the main street of cabo with lots of traffic and round the clock noise. But it is conveniently located to walk to the beach and several close local restaurants for breakfast and other meals. About 25 minute walk to marina and excursions.

The property is close to everything but the moldy smell in the room, non stop dripping of water and dingy towels that should have been long retired to status of rags (but still stinks of chlorine) could not make me stay another day 😬.

This hotel is on the main road within walking distance of lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Minutes from some of the beaches. They have lots of parking spots if you have a car, but you have to hand in the car key at the reception so that they can move your car if required.

The room had dirty towels with unkept bed and soiled toilet. Definitely not ready for us. They couldn't find a suitable replacement and had to struggle to refund us reservation money since it was from Expedia. Ended up having to find a different hotel at 9 pm with a screaming toddler in tow . Do not recommend.

it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed, only reason I stayed is it is next to INM, but to be honest, it is not worth it. Could've just stayed in Hyatt which costs only 5000 points. It is just terrible, like a getto place.

Dirty rundown motel overpriced
The facilities were completely run down bathrooms were disgusting stains and mold everywhere. Soap dispensers were broken and falling off the wall literally. Pictures did not match the condition of the actual room. The overall price for what you're getting is not worth the price. $55 a night would be more sufficient for the condition and state of this hotel
