Older hotel, not for the hotel snobs. The location is fantastic, one block from marina, walking distance to unlimited restaraunts, shopping and night life. Staying Cabo centro is one of the best places ive ever been.

The property was at one time very nice, unfortunately it has gotten run down. Our outside door had a one inch gap at the top and hung crooked. My husband showed the handy man how to fix the latch, they had the slider but nothing for it to slide in so the door opened when it was locked. The breakfast they advertise doesn’t happen. Most days there was no hot water, the on demand system wasn’t working properly, they fixed it and we had water for two days, then it went out again. We did our own housekeeping asking for things as we needed them.On the good side there were lots of patio space on the different levels. The location was good and we felt safe, staff was friendly but a real language difference so even telling them my wifi didn’t work, or my tv won’t work was hard to explain. Finally just read a book. For us we decided I guess you get what you pay for, but not what was advertised. Sadly I would not want to see the place close because the staff are very nice but it needs upgraded electrical, tv, and internet.

This is not a 3 star hotel but not even 1 star.
First time I went there and they had to check 3 different rooms to find out the AC is working. I went to La Paz for few days and back for a day and they were more interested in cancelling the reservation rather than show me the room before check in. Roof top patio which I bragged earlier was more filthy and no one goes up there and clean. Pictures on the web are very deceiving. Do not fall for them. As I did and regretted.

Bare necessities hotel.
Room given was a slum and AC wasn’t working. They checked 4 different room but ac wasn’t working. Finally we get the room on 3 floor and that room was livable. Rooftop was good.

the pool and interactive area is nice but it is super noisy at night and is lack of stuff - no basic hygiene supplies, no bed covers (I was freezing cold). the WiFi connection is also terrible in the room I stayed. I only stayed there for a place to sleep so it was okay but I did not sleep well because of the noise. the staff is nice tho.

Good location but is noisy at night and the room was dirty - I did notice other rooms looked newer - no blankets just a sheet set - mattress was gross- the small plaza was nice to sit and work in

Terrible experience.
I did the reservation for 2 beds and I only got one, they don't change the towels and the mattress had stains on it ,the TV only work for 1 day and the other 3 days did not work, the only good thing about this hotel is that is very close to everything there are restaurant near and you can walk to the Marina.

The 2nd room outlets were not working, ceiling light was out, toilet paper holder non functional, water all over the floor daily coming from unknown area, wifi continually going out. I book a room for 2 people. I got to the place and it looks completely different than the pictures on Expedia. TV didn't work, the bathroom was really small and we were not able to take a shower because the shower was damage and it barely had water. Shower head was really old and there was no water pressure only little drops that werent enough to complete our shower. The room looks old. It looks like a hostal not a hotel.

I especially like the location it is next to me the restaurants and Friday night in a little parks where there they are selling art as well as the Mirena my room was very plain and it did not have a toilet seat but I dealt and what I really thought was a little strange was I try to make a reservation again for later on in the week and I even translated it but they did not have a reservation for me so
