GREAT LOCATION
Quick over-night trip to Busan for my husband and I. We didn't really have much plans however the location of this hotel was very convenient. Walking distance from bus line and taxis, with a multitude of eateries everywhere. As for the hotel, staff was very helpful when asked for assistance and spoke English. We would have preferred a bigger bed (queen size minimal) and a bit concerned about safety of the lanai railings which had rust on it but may be expected being a beach front property. Otherwise, overall impression was good for a quick trip and provided a place to rest. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The best Best Western branches I have personally stayed in. My room was spotless except for a few inevtiable harmless marks you get on white bed sheets. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. I had a room with a giant window directly overlooking Gunam-ro and and view of the beach. If you're sensitive to noise I would recommend a room away from the main strip as it did get loud on some nights with the busking and crowds. I was able to control the AC/Heat in the room which was perfect for the temperature drops at night. The only complaints: The room lighting is a bit dark, no microwave in the room, and the laundry service is not self-service.

This property is in the main drag of Haeundae Beach. It’s walking distance to everything. Perfect spot.

Check out is at 11 most of the other hotels check out is at 12, it was 11:02 As I was leaving the room started ringing and it was them asking to leave the room. Bad manners when yesterday I check in like at 5

Great location. This is your bare basic hotel. Good enough to sleep and shower and that’s it. No extras, not even an ice machine. AC was cold.

Stayed during November, it was warm in Busan, one side of the hotel room that was facing the sun temperature went up to 30c/86f during the day. We thought the airconditioning wasn't working but it turns out they turn off airconditioning system after a certain month and will not turn them on even if the room was unreasonably hot. Front desk swtiched us to the other side which was a lot better but since we can't control the temperature, the stay was not comfortable at all, it got cold and warm and too warm depends on the time of the day. Will not go back.

The location was perfect! The room itself had some minor flaws like lights not working and holes in the towels, but everything else was great! The best part was the water pressure in the shower and bath! Wow! Definitely was not expecting that! The staff were also very very nice and welcoming! I would definitely stay at Best Western again!

Located right on busy/shopping street. We were surprised to hear non-stopped drums noises from morning 5 am to 10 am when we checked out the hotel! It was very annoying electrical noise in the early morning! The parking wasn’t very easy to find. The shower top has no certain so it was wet on the floor!

Location is fantastic. Bed was soft compared to Korean standard. However, I found mouse droppings in my bed. And the room was not as clean as I other places I’ve stayed. The bathroom had a strange smell and I wondered if there was poop that hadn’t been cleaned up. When I sat on the toilet, I could see all of the dirt and nastiness under the rim of the sink. They told me my room would not be cleaned during my stay and when I protested they said we can arrange for one day. Know that you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay for better. I would never stay at a best western in the US, I don’t know why I tried in Korea.

Good location and surprise tiny view of beach
I thought this hotel was really in a really convenient location with a good price. There was no breakfast and there were no bathrobes but slippers and toothbrushes were supplied. The conditioning shampoo provided was quite nice. Even though we were on the 3rd floor looking over the street it was very quiet and sound proofed. There was even a tiny ocean view from our room, which I was not expecting. I got the room with one double bed and one single bed because I know the size of Korean hotel rooms can be small and this was a comfortable size room for two people.

Close to the main Heaundae area, and there are tons of restaurans nearby. Also, ocean in only a couple of minutes away from the hotel, on foot. Thus, Location!! Is amazing. But amenities can improve. Overall, the hotel room and buildings feel very outdated. It appears to need renovation.

My BW Stay in Pusan Beach/Heaundae
Excellent Location! Can't get much better than that! a few steps from the beach and right on the main walking strip! The room size took me by surprise (but not really) IOW the photos of the room made the room look more spacious...it wasn't👀 The bed was very comfortable....in fact, the room overall was comfortable. The biggest problem or obstacle (which wasn't really, once one knows....) was parking. I thought the hotel advertised parking (cleverly worded) the parking was underground with the entrance almost hidden on the side street a couple doors down from the BW entrance. It was difficult ti fu d and then I was nervous about going into it because it is VERY NARROW......and I ended up having to go to a second level B2, which I don't know how I got my large size SUV down there without hitting anything...whew!!! Luckily, though the next morning, the parking security, apparently already aware of narrow entry/exit way, immediately ran over and very politely and kindly offered assistance to drive the car back up to the main area.....I let him do it. IT IS VERY VERY TIGHT! This is when I also learned that I had to pay 8000won for parking because the parking area did not belong to BW👀

The location of this hotel was amazing but other than that, i could not find anything special. The staff at front desk was friendly but the room was not clean enough. Hair was everywhere in a bathroom. Hair dry also even in towels.
