I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay.

Great location hotel
Great location in new town centre with friendly and welcoming staff. Ample underground free parking was available close to the hotel.

Disappointing
No staff were available although they said they are open until 11PM. I arrived earlier but no one was their. Also in the morning no staff available while leaving. Windows without screens, I opened up the window for some fresh air, and the room got full with flying bugs....

A hotel worth staying at
Truly a lovely hotel. I chose the suite, which is spacious convenient, and nicely designed. Free drinks in the minibar is a rare thing, and the 24/7 free coffee machine produces excellent coffee. The area is walkable and feels very safe. Highly recommended!

Mediocre,not what we expected from a 4-star hotel
Not so good. No breakfast due to Covid. No air conditioning, WiFi didn't work. Drainage not working in bath properly, you stand in water while showering. Also mould in the bathtub. Positive is the big bed, refrigerator, free coffee, tea and small drinks. Parking is offsite underground, but free and not too far. Location is good, lot of restaurants and shops in the building and nearby.

The hotel is in a good location, well equipped and the bed is supper comfortable. The service is outstanding. There could be some improvements in the cleaning practices tho.

Unique ambiance
I like the way how the place is designed. It has a good ambiance. We liked our stay here. The parking area was just a block away.

Busy street and no AC made it difficult to keep cool. Leaving window open left room too noisy and people smoke from below got into our room.

Loved the staff at check in and the room was awesome plus big and clean. The only thing bad was it had no air conditioner but fans were provided and after the sun went down the cool air came in through the windows then sleep fine.

There was a great ambiance at the hotel. The staff was very kind, pleasing and every detail seemed to be well taken care of. The bar, the restaurant and the play room were at hand reach, for a very reasonable cost.

Hotel under construction
The hotel was under severe construction so main entrance and elevator were very dusty. Also most of the building wrapped in plastic. I could open the window in my room but no fresh air came in due to the plastic wrapping. Therefore room was probably that warm (no airco) staff was friendly and helpful

Good location to visit Burghausen
Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable location to walk to castle and Old Town. But it is a steep walk back from Old Town - worth checking local buses. Underground car park available for Hotel Guests very close to hotel entrance.

Newly renovated & pretty much faultless
I confess I booked when it was City-Comfort Inn & got a very good price. I don't know if you'd get the same deals now. But the hotel appears recently renovated so everything we saw was very neat, clean & well appointed. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & I'll confess to a childish enjoyment of choosing what colour lighting to have! Would definitely consider a Dormero hotel in future based on our experience.

Nah zur Burganlage Burghausen. Fussläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell zu erreichen. - Stark verschimmelte Silikonfugen in der Dusche. Moskitogitter an einem Fenster war teilweise zerrissen. - Belüftungsgeräusche im Zimmer Tag und Nacht aktiv.

Ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer. Buche bereits wiederholt. Gerne immer wieder. Das einzige was mir aus den anderen Hotels fehlt, ist die Kaffee Teemaschine am Morgen auf dem Zimmer. 😉

Gute Lage aber desolater Zustand und Staubig
Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Dusche/Badewanne funktionierte der Halter der Handbrause nicht mehr. Abfluss war defekt. Staub von vielen Wochen im Bad auf Spiegelhalter und anderen Gegenständen. Bettaufleger war sehr fleckig, will nicht wissen was da drauf passiert ist.

Die Zimmer waren nicht ordentlich geputzt. Flecken und Haare waren auf dem Bettlaken. Das Badezimmer ist sehr verkalkt. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer mit den LEDs ganz schick

Prima Hotel für die Kurzreise.
