My sister in law stayed Friday night and contacted me to not come in Saturday as they visibly saw roaches and sheets were dirty. I attempted to get a refund but was told I could not.

There was only one elevator, I requested a king room (my king room was confirmed on my reservation) but it wasn't available, the elevator was small, the carpet smelled musty and the handle to operate the shower/bath was broken. I needed more towels so the clerk had to take some from another guest room to bring to me. All of the towels were dingy.

We are traveling for my husband's work, so we will be here for a month or two. So far, everything is great! The beds are extremely comfortable, the whole staff is great! So friendly and they talk to you like you have been friends forever. Housekeeping is awesome. If you need anything, they are right there to help you. I highly recommend!

I am handicapped and was unable to stay there as there was no room where I could get in the bed or use the bath. We had to go on to another hotel. The manager was very helpful and nice in finding me a place which did have facilities I could use. She is exceptional. For handicapped people you need low beds that can be gotten into and a roll in shower. I am old and use a walker. I cannot get into a high bed as my right hip is full of metal and I cannot get up there. There are a lot of handicapped people out there and we need to be able to find a place where we can get into the bed and roll into the shower. Normal people can use our facilities but handicapped people cannot

Your location of the hotel is nice. When we went first went in our room I went to the bathroom. The towel had yellow stains. I had to go replace it. And about 2:30 in the morning. I started hearing a lot of banging on the walls which woke up me and my wife and it was not far from the kitchen area

Alike of hot water it was warm and one day I had to take a cold shower. Couple days I did not get towels I had to go get them. The carpet was not clean and there was bugs run around. I have been staying there whenever I come to town but I thing I have stay my last stay there.

The coffee pot in my room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was full of mold from old coffee grinds. The elevator to go down only worked when the button was there, if you push it too hard it fell off then you could only go up on it.

The rooms were nasty. There were stains on my sheets. Nothing was cleaned. The breakfast was not good at all very minimal food. I left the hotel around 6:00am and there were no lights outside it was completely dark.

Hotel had used coffee still in coffee maker. Entire room was full of old cigarette smoke smell even though it was non smoking. Was unable to stay in the room we paid for and had to go to a queen room instead which also had yellow stains on all the sheets and chewed gum someone spit in the trashcan.
