Our room at Villa Gracia was immaculate, and the Villa Gracia was close to everything, from the old city, to the beaches, to the restaurants. Great location !!!

Great, clean rooms with awesome breakfast!
We had a wonderful stay here! We were greeted by the nicest woman that welcomed us and was incredibly helpful. The room was very nice, clean and the best part was that the AC worked perfectly, needed on a 100 degree day. The breakfast was great with great options and high quality ingredients. Fresh fruit, oats, eggs, salad and homemade pastries. The beach and old town are a quick 10 minute walk. This hotel had a boutique feeling for a fair price. Highly recommend!

The manager Liliac was extremely helpful and made our one-night stay like going back home. She has magic. Breakfast is of high quality and variety. Location is convenient to the beach and the old town, meanwhile in quiet residential area.

Our time at Villa Gracia was amazing. The property looks very new and upscale and the hospitality was incredible. We really appreciated all the help from Ljiljana with car rental coordination to activities and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the property was centrally located and walkable to the beach, bus station, and old town. I never write reviews but I feel obligated to write one because of the amazing service and hospitality. Do not hesitate and book your stay!

Absolutely outstanding!! From the second we pulled in to the parking lot to the second we left, Villa Gracia exceeded our expectations!!..and then some!! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!…our room was spacious, very clean and modern!..the convenience to the waterfront and old town were easy walking distances!! We were so very impressed and would love to come back to Budva and stay at Villa Gracia much longer!! Highly recommend staying here!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Lillianna..!!

Amazing hotel with a great host
Great hotel within a 5 min walk from the beach. Liliana was the best host, giving us tips on where to visit and was contactable at anytime. We got upgraded as we are gold hotels.com members, with a free breakfast each morning which was spot on

Everything was as advertised. Great location as I like to walk; about 10 minutes to the sea and about 15 minutes to the Old Town. Clean functional room, including bathroom. Air temperature was adjustable. Small parking area under the building or park in front if space available. Note that the building is actually two hotels; Villa Garcia is the left side (facing the building). Proprietor was very helpful. hotels.com mentions breakfast being available at the property, but proprietor made no mention of it nor did I ask. There is a bakery a 3 minute walk to the left as you are exiting the hotel – fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee.

Really nice, upmarket apart hotel villa 10 mins walk from the old town Looks only a year old, huge room, large beds balcony.Very good shower Nothing to complain about at all... Only thing you can mention is the decoyer is very generic..creams, browns etc but its not a design hotel Big bonus is the free parking under the building

A great welcome from our host Lilijana on arrival, a very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic lady, quite clearly very proud to be running this hotel and wanting to show off Montenegro to visitors. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Parking is onsite, either to the side of or below the building, which is useful if you bring a car. The rooms are lovely, very well appointed and look very new. The location is very handy, about a 15 walk to the old town of Budva. It's also quite peaceful, just off a main road but not too noisy. All in all, an excellent stay and I would definately stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Vila Gracia. Liliana is the most gracious host we’ve ever met - helping us with everything from renting a car to finding neat places to explore. More like a 5* hotel
Such a beautiful place 10 minutes from the harbour! Very clean and welcoming. The staff were lovely and courteous. Parking on site, and helpful hints and tips upon checking in for local eateries. Or room in the 2nd floor was more like a 5* room. Beautiful fixtures and fittings - a horn bed which is to my liking. Even had underfloor heating in the bathroom. The satellite TV had lots of channels in most European languages. The only downside is that out is not right on the harbour, but that is reflected in the price. It is only 10 minutes walk, but at the end of the street is Good Food, a fantastic bakery. If I was to come back I would stay here!

We had a great stay at Villa Gracia. The manager was really nice and helpful, being always available via phone if we had any questions. She really made us feel like we are at home. The room was very spacious (we had a superior room) with a pretty view from the balcony and freshly renovated. Everything was always very clean and changed everyday ( towels, glasses etc). Overall we had a great stay and will come back again, thanks!

Отдыхала с мамой в марте 2020. Все было просто замечательно! Состояние номера отличное, каждый день убирались и меняли полотенца, замечательный вид с террасы, удачное расположение отеля. Вся сантехника исправна. Лилиана и ее муж такие приятные в общении, всегда готовы были помочь. Поездка выпала на день рождения моей мамы, нам сделали приятный сюрприз: подарили цветы, конфеты и вкуснейшие пирожные :) При следующей поездке обязательно остановимся снова.

Lovely hotel with a good location and great staff
Recently visited with a friend during our vacation in Budva. I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Gracia. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony, where we spent many mornings and evenings just enjoying the view, having a drink and playing some card games. The staff were lovely and the service exceeded all expectations, they were such a bonus to an already nice hotel. They made us feel welcome from day 1 which we really appreciated. We also felt close and within walking distance to the best parts of Budva, bus stations and restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at Villa Gracia and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would (and I do) reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Budva. The Staff were so kind, friendly and knowledgeble and gave us lots of tips about places to visit in Budva, as well as advice on how to get from Budva to other cities (Kotor) that were spot on. The hotel is easy to find, and a short walking distance from the Beach and the old City. Room was spacious, clean and the aircondition was quite silent. Comfortable bed, and good bathroom facilities. We are definetly coming back!

Accueil très sympatique de la propriétaire qui a d'ailleurs été très agréable à chaque fois que l'on s'est croisé, chambre parfaite, très récente et aménagée avec des matériaux de très grande qualité. Salle de bain magnifique et très fonctionnelle. Rien à dire, c'est du très grand standing, pour un prix restreint pour Budva. Également très bien placé, dans une rue calme, et à 10 minutes seulement de la vieille ville.

This hotel is located in a very good location,which is within 10 minutes walk to Slovenska beach,old city and if you need bus trip to Kotor, bus terminal is close location.Secondly as this hotel was built in July,2018,so all the facilities are new and best quality. Thirdly.this hotel is family owner hotel and owner couple is very charming!They gave me maximum hospitality and comfortable feeling.I want to stay again!
