Loved our stay but ….
Firstly, they were having work done in the hotel I may have thought about not booking there if I know, maybe if should be something they advertise. Second, the night and day receptionist on 17th 18th 19th were amazing and truly a pleasure to meet, I wish I took there names especially the guy on the night shift always a friendly face. Thirdly, the other staff on at night on 20th and during the morning 21st were the total opposite and felt incredibly let down by them. Fourthly, the place was clean and get homely which was really nice Lastly, I would definitely use this place again on my next visit as it is great for transport and local supermarkets and for the most part great staff.

Nice location and lobby area but very run down room. The couch was badly stained, curtain ripped, plaster was peeling from the wall and no air conditioning, not even a fan in the middle of the summer.

Apartment was a little further away from centre than we thought. The reception gentleman called Iieum ? was excellent always helpful and friendly, very polite and always smiling.

Very very basic Quite far out. Had to get a number of trams and buses to get where we wanted. Taxi costs for 15-30€ from the centre driver dependent. Don’t let them order a taxi in the hotel as they are a lot more expensive. No air conditioning. No sharp knife. Only 2 knives and 2 forks, a peeler and tin opener as cutlery. Handy having the fridge Room was part cleaned each day. Towels were changed and sometimes the bed was made. Bathroom was not cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helped whenever we asked though were not quick about anything Overall the place is grand.

Lovely clean apartment with friendly staff.
We stayed in an apartment with S/c facilities but also used the restaurant for breakfast. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Ideally located for public transport and Lidl and Spar are close for supplies. We preordered our Budapest travel cards which were waiting for us at the hotel this meant we were able to get out and about easily on our first day. We had a great 4 days exploring Budapest and would recommend this trip.

Really nice apartment near Central Budapest
Lovely clean and modern apartment. We were very happy with it too. Staff were very helpful because my companion struggled with the heat (it was 30-36 degrees C during our stay) and loaned us a large fan. They were helpful throughout. Also good parking facilities (at a supplement). Plus it about £8-9 taxi fare from the main tourist areas such as Heroes Square and Szechenyi Baths and Varosliget. We are going back to this apartment next year but not in the summer as too hot for my companion (I was okay but I am half Hungarian anyway). Lidl is just 5 mins walk away too - so cheap food there as well.

Nice stay in Budapest
Wonderful spacious apartment near the center of Budapest. We chose the hotel because it had self serve laundry. The machine used coins only so we had some difficult using the ATM to get Hungarian florints and the one machine was not available until late at night

The room is very very big and clean. There is a kitchen, living area and dining area. It is so peaceful to go back to this hotel after having spent entire days with tourists. You can go next door as there is a pretty good grocery store for food and booze. The staff were very nice and the wi-fi worked beautifully. It is only a short bus ride or tram +metro ride to the main attractions. Very very good choice for Budapest!

We stayed for four nights in July. Rooms are very good specially kitchenette was very good. There was some problem in wifi as signal was weak however we lodged a complaint and after some delays it was resolved. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice.

Great accommodation
The apartments are clean, comfortable, spacious and include everything you'd need. They're about 15 minutes from the center of town (best way is to get the bus to and from). The apartments are right next door to a laundry place and 3 supermarkets. The only downer is the customer service is poor. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

My wife was ill the entire stay, but she was able to relax and rest. Room was very well laid out and everything we needed was available in the kitchenette.

Excellent Hotel!!
Loved this hotel! All staff were very nice and our room was huge with balcony overlooking nice park and church. The food in the restaurant was really good Hungarian fare (and cheap!)with a nice outside seating area. There is a choice of shops to buy food/wine in on the same street (large Spar and Lidl). Cannot fault this place at all. Will definitely stay here again!

Good value, quiet, safe, comfortable, convenient.
Quick and efficient check in and check out, sizable, nice, clean and efficient studio with full kitchen and good daily cleaning service, easy public transportation by bus and tram within walking distance. Area is nice and quiet, a little far from the center of Budapest but taking public transit is very easy and convenient. Two supermarkets a few steps from the hotel that have everything we need to make our meals and it's not expensive. Hospital, pharmacy and church are within walking distance. Front desk staff is courteous. Overall, we like our studio and would recommend it.

An excellent apartment for our first trip to Budapest.Staff friendly and helpful, and the apartment spacious, well equipped and very clean.There was even a bottle of bubbly as we were there for my birthday! Bus 105 took us straight into the city or over the bridge to Buda and tram 14 , also very close, took us to West End City shopping mall or the Metro.

Comfortable and clean apartment
We have stayed here previously, and it is convenient and comfortable for our needs as we have friends living nearby. There are shops close by for food and a small park across the road. We will stay here again when we visit our friends again.

Excellent place to stay in Budapest
Great place to stay. Slightly away from the centre of Budapest, but can be reached in 15 minutes. The tram and bus stop is just a few minutes away from here and they are frequent and comfortable. The rooms are bigger than any standard hotel accommodation with a well equipped kitchenette. WIFI is bit patchy, but if you have a laptop you can connect to the wired network with the connecting cable thoughtfully provided.

We stayed for 3 nights. The actual apartment was great, much bigger than we were expecting bed was comfy and the sofa bed decent.The Room would benefit from air con or at least a fan as the room got very hot during the day. You couldn't hear any noise from other apartments which was fantastic, only down side is that there were builders on the street opposite. But that can't be helped! Supermarket just around the corner.. One negative is that the apartment is out of the way, ideal to get to sziget festival which we went to but if you are just sight seeing in budapest I would suggest finding something closer to the centre.

All in all it was a good experience. The hotel is places very close to a church, and the church bells are noisy. Only downside. The breakfast was not that good and the price of 6euros was to high.

it could've been worse, but remember this is an apartment not a hotel. far from city center, staff is not very helpful since its an apartment complex technically, and they are pretty incompetent. No shampoo, soap, any of that. Rooms are big and i would still say it's decent for the price, but you can find a lot better options as far as location and service that's closer to the center for a little more.

Very good in places; some disappointments.
We stayed to attend Sziget and it was fine, only taking 4 stops on the tram then 1 stop on the train. However, the receptionist told us on the day 1 that it was a 20 min walk so we decided do that, only to find that it was actually an hour walk in 33 deg heat on unpavemented roads so we really should have taken public transport (and we did afterwards). It was not in a particularly handy location for the touristy areas but we managed fine. We had to move rooms because we were given one without a balcony as booked. It was lovely and large for the price and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds are 2 pushed together so there is a seam down the middle. The shower looked a bit iffy but the pressure was great; it always leaked heavily though and left the bathroom flooded. The apartment was clean except for some food waste under the chairs that we discovered when we moved one of them. It was very quiet at all times and you had to hand your key in every time you left- this did not pose a problem. The staff were very polite. However, when we got back I realised I had left something- it was worth about £20 and definitely should have been identified as lost property rather than something left behind intentionally. However, on emailing they took a few days to get back to me saying that the item had not been found. I know exactly where it was so it was either thrown away or kept by the housekeeping. This put a bit of a dampener on what would have otherwise been a fine stay.

I would say this hotel is perfect for a more independent and less fussy traveller. The room I had was great, more than enough space for myself to have a really good rest. The room was basically an apartment with everything but a washing machine supplied, the complex has a Spar Supermarket on the property so you can stock up on all the stuff you need. The room only had 2 english language channels on the TV, CNN and Euro News, so that may be a problem for some?. The centre of Budapest is a quick tram and underground ride away, perhaps an honest 20 minutes plus into Budapest but it's an easy journey aslong as you have travel passes which make life so much easier. The hotel staff spoke decent english so communication was no problem. Overall a very nice experience which you should try for yourself.

Premium Apartman House in Budapest was better than I originally expected. The building is new, staff is courteous and helpful, surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. The apàrtments are well equipped with kitchen, electrical oven with four burners, all that is necessary to cook, all equipment is new and perfectly functional. You have hard wired internet at no cost, with excellent speed. There is a supermarket (Spar) in the very same building (if it is raining you don´t even need an umbrella to go to the supermarket). Location is a little away from downtown and the tourist area but public transport is easily available and plentiful. Bus number 105 will take you to the Szcheny bridge, to the Buda castle and everything around it, to the Millenium Monument and all that is around it, etc... Tram number 14 will take you directly to the largest shopping in Budapest. Both rooms I used had a balcony to a nice square where children played.

Budapest....an interesting, beautiful European city.
Budapest is a wonderful, friendly and interesting city located in central Europe. The citizens are helpful, the food is excellent and there are many,many historical places of interest. The museums are first rate. Public transportation was timely and very affordable. I would recommend anyone going to Europe to try and experience Hungary and it's beautiful capital.

Apartamento algo antiguo, con camas muy pequeñas, sofá cama incómodo (habitación triple) Muchos insectos al estar cerca de una zona arbolada. A 5 minutos de la parada de autobús y a 15 del metro. Aparcamiento disponible por 10 euros diarios, sujeto a disponibilidad. Por la zona todo es zona azul excepto fines de semana. A unos 20 minutos del centro en autobús. Supermercados cerca.

Sonntag Frühstück echt super schön Personal kelner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Montag kelnerin kommt zur Arbeit setzt sich hin spielt mit handy so ging das 1,5 Stunden . Personal saß odee war am handy traurig . Zimmermädchen sehr nett und hilfsbereit ,sauberkeit okay in die ecken daef man aber nicht schauen .
