I was so happy with my apartment! I wanted to extend as soon as I arrived. The location couldn’t be better. It was inside some sort of an outdoor small mall, with restaurants…2 blocks down was the subway and trams that would get to anywhere I wanted to go. The staff was very helpful. Answered my questions quickly even before I arrived. The apartment was very spacious, much bigger than I expected. I was able to do laundry in my apartment which was very convenient as I have been traveling. I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend and looking forward to going back!

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean,spacious, bright and light, newly refurbished, modern decor. W had a one bed apt with sofa bed in lounge. Lovely shower with nice shower gel and lovely coffee machine and Nicole little toaster, 2 dishwasher tablets provided and tea towel with washing up liquid was handy.main bed very hard but sofa bed very nice and soft, no aircon so really suffered at night even with the windows open, very noisy at night as had to sleep with windows open due to no aircon, but noise echoed around the quad from people, fire alarms waking us up two nights in a row, ambulances etc, so didn’t get a lot of sleep due to this. Chain on door had been bent at some point so didn’t help as added layer of security, also the large metal bolt across door didn’t work either, so had to just rely on locked door. Couldn’t get sage to work or the grill in the oven, and light switch fell off in the toilet so had to click that back in place which was a pain as that happened a few times. Didn’t feel safe going into the apt block as anyone could walk in and use the lift to the various levels as swipe access didn’t work to the block entrance. Fantastic location, just a few snags to be sorted and you would be getting 10/10 rating

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really nice and it was really nice to have extra space unlike a hotel room. Towel quality could improve. The only think I didn’t enjoy was the area. Budapest is so easy to get around that I could book a room some other area cleaner and quieter. But overall I had a fantastic time!

Not all the rooms are renovated, and unfortunately due to the very high occupancy we have been assigned a very old and used room. Like many people mentioned in the comments, the hotel is generally run down, and so are the old rooms that aren't renovated yet. Unfortunately we also found unwelcome guests in our room upon arrival, cockroaches. While the management has finally agreed to refund us after lengthy discussions, leaving the place immediately and booking somewhere else was the best possible decision due to sanitary concerns. Also, because they consider that the winter season is until 31 may, even though there are 26°C outside you can't turn on the air conditioning and you need to be able to sleep with the windows open in a crowded and noisy area - this was also mentioned by several other guests.

Management was friendly and helpful. It is difficult to drive to the hotel due to narrow one-way streets. Parking works very well in underground parking. The apartment was great, no complaints. Hallways in the hotel building need repainting because they are dirty. There are many restaurants in the area, also a great local food court. We were generally quite happy with our 3 nights stay in this central location of Budapest.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk from where the airport bus dropped us off, with most of the places we wanted to visit within walking distance. The front desk was very helpful in providing recommendations and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

The AC units in the apartments do not operate between October 1 and May 31. And there are no ceiling fans. So, if you stay at this property during the early fall or the spring (e.g., April and May) you will be miserable, unless you enjoy sleeping in a hot, stuffy apartment and love hearing the sounds of sirens and other outside noises all night.

The staff at the customer service desk were very very helpful! They go above and beyond and we found Georg to be the gentleman who was amazing( the others are probably also but we tended to gravitate to him when we needed help. Our room was beautiful with a nice quiet terrace. The location was perfect! Close to shops restaurants and entertainment.

Good place to stay if you like to stay close to the major attractions that Budapest has to offer. Some corridors in the buildings are a little dark. We were in April first week and the temps reached 78 degrees that requires AC to be functioning or at least have fans. The ACs were not working as it was the Winter season for them. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation. It got better in the night. The sofa bed were not at all comfortable. Suggest to take a 2 bedroom if you have a party of 4. Fashion street was 4 mins walk and plenty of food options.

Wow what a good find. Can’t believe the price we paid for 3 nights. Huge 2 bed apartment with additional sofa bed in living room. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Made my stay with 3 teenagers very pleasant as we weren’t all on top of each other. Staff really helpful. Easy check in. Felt secure and had security. Brilliant location. Everything walkable but also tram and metro 5 mins away. Great supermarket on corner.

Excellent stay, the facilities were very clean and the apartment provided everything you could need for a stay. Check in/out was super easy and quick. The location is great, all tourist hotspots are within immediate walking distance (we often went back to the apartment during the day to grab things, that’s how close it is!) It was very safe and quiet, there’s good locks on the doors and a safe in room. Breakfast was nice, typical buffet style, but we went out for breakfast instead as there are better places nearby. Nothing wrong with it, just personal preference. I would say the apartment we had didn’t look like the photo advertised and was much more basic, but it had great facilities, and we had a pleasant stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend due to the location and facilities, it was an excellent apartment, just not as luxurious as advertised.

Location is fantastic - close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to bus or subway. Staff at front desk were VERY kind and helpful. Room was well stocked with kitchen, tea, towels, etc. Highly recommend staying here. The price was great too.

Property is located in very busy area. They charge for small thing you use in the property. The cleaning is not everyday. If you are late for check out even for 5 mins then be prepared to pay extra fees.

Brilliant location and very helpful friendly staff. Ideal stay for those with young families as there were facilities onsite with the added bonus of being in a hotel.. Highly recommended and in an excellent location for sightseeing with a variety of options for restaurants & shopping just on the door step.

This was a great stay for a family of four- two adult kids and parents. The apartment has most of the things you need it is not as decorated and warm as the pictures suggest but it met our needs. The furniture was worn and not in the best shape. However, we easily had a dining chair replaced that was broken when we arrived and requested a cutting board and has one delivered. The every other day straightening was nice and then the periodic cleaning kept our apartment in good shape. We were able to request more toilet paper when needed. It included basic pots and pans and also had salt. Not a full size refrigerator in American standards but it worked for us. When we ran out of coffee, it was not replaced. The service was great and they responded quickly. You can walk to a multitude of local restaurants and public transit. We would stay in this area again!

Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Buffet breakfast was fairly decent and the staff were very helpful. A little noisy at night outside but it was the festive season and a lively area.

The location of this property is very central. Easy walk to main attractions or easy transportation links of you prefer. Staff were polite and helped us with our questions regarding tourist attractions. The actual apartment was clean but not well kept. Floor in the living area was chipped and coming apart. The kitchen units were chipped and dish rack was rusty. Bathroom tiles around bath area was mouldy and times were broken. This made the apartment feel dirty and not cosy.

We absolutely loved this stay. The apartment was so nice and comfortable- had everything we needed for a family of four, with two kids. The beds were comfortable. The location was prime! And the breakfast was delicious. There is a grocery store and many restaurants very close too. We stay in so many hotels. This may have been our favorite.

The apartments are in a great location close to everything you need, claen and tidy. The only thing that let it down was the attention to detail, bedrooms and bathrooms were great but the lack of seating options in the living area were a problem for us, we had to rely on sitting on our beds as they were the only comfy thing to do so on. The living area needs updating with softer furnishings the sofa that was is there was like sitting on a concrete floor there was a blanket covering the top of the sofa, which was hidding the condition of it as it was all ripped, not one to normally leave negative feedback but in this case I think it's warrantied.

Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden, da wir eine Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern benötigt haben. Wie sich herausgestellt hat, ist die Lage hervorragend, da sich sowohl einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmeile und zahlreiche Restaurants als auch zentrale Stationen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs in fußläufiger Entfernung befinden. Wenn man Budapest also ohne Auto erkunden möchte, ist die Lage optimal. Ausstattung des Appartements ist durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend - schließlich soll es für die Übernachtung da sein und nicht als zweites Zuhause! Es war aber alles Notwendige da, vielleicht könnte das Bad etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber was soll es - war ja nur für zwei Nächte. Die Mitarbeiter des Empfangs sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch den online-Checkin ging alles sehr unproblematisch und schnell. Wir waren mit unserer Wahl des 7 seasons insgesamt zufrieden und empfehlen es für Familien, die Budapest ohne Auto erkunden wollen, aber eine geräumige und vor allem zentrale Unterkunft bevorzugen.
