The overall experience with the hotel about the cleanliness and customer service was good. I stayed really up high above the 9th floor, and I was still able to hear the echo of the loud music from the bars downstairs surrounding the hotel. For the price I paid I would have expect a great relaxation time at night. Extremely loud, I was not able to sleep or relax. Great place if you don't mind the noise.

If you are in need of quiet this is not the place for you. The windows are not sound proof and the party goes on outside until about 230 am

I stayed in the presidential suite and the views were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning again!

The hotel is good the only thing is that the room has no phone to communicate with the reception. Also que breakfast is not that good.

Excelente y el jĆ³ven Johan estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de atender hasta el mĆ­nimo detalle. El desayuno un poco pequeƱo pero entendemos que es por lo de la pandemia pero sigue siendo un super Hotel.

El Mejor hotel circa a clinicas
El hotel es perfecto para aquellas personas que tienen una cirugia porq queda cerca a las clinicas y la atencion es excelente siempre estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que necesitamos incluyendo las sopitas para nosotros.
