The hotel has a great location, a direct connection to the Shopping mall. The hotel deserves an extra point for early check in option and the high floor where we have stayed. The breakfast has variety of warm and cold food selection, fruit & vegetables. Front desk, housekeeping, bar, restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a small issue with the facility and the personal of the hotel provided a prompt solution, best hotel in Bucaramanga.

Great place to stay. Nice people. Nice rooms. Good food and an excellent views from the restaurant and swimming pool. If you like to shop, the hotel is connected to a mall. Only drawback…the music in the bar and pool area is WAY TOO LOUD.
