The staff was very friendly but the room was not cleaning correctly. There were dirty towels left behind. Hotel has a restaurant and there is two other restaurant at walking distance.

It needs to be made very clear on all websites that the property will put a $100 hold on your debit cards. Microwaves need to be put in the rooms as well.

On Sunday restaurant and bar not open. Hotel processes a pending $100 charge on your credit card and you have to trust them to reverse it. At 6 AM a wake up alarm that I did not set woke me up. Too many other options nearby. I’ll stay somewhere else

Great except for lighting
Very comfortable and clean. Nice decor. The only complaint is the lighting, especially the bathroom. Very dim to get makeup on. The rest of the room you would have to turn every lamp on if you wanted normal lighting.

This was an excellent experience. Quiet, cozy bed, beautifully clean space with black out curtains and friendly staff. A perfectly close distance to historic Savannah, free parking. Happy we choose this as our option.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The three ladies who tend the bar and dining room are the BEST! I have been here three times now and will definitely stay here again. The only con: they have worse toilet paper in existence! It is practically see through.

Staff was nice. The problem was our room was full of dust! The floors had so much dust you could see it clearly. Our bedside table was dirty with a ton of dust. It appears as though someone came in a did the bathroom and beds but didn't touch anything else. There was also trash still in the trash can.

I liked the fact that it was new - Very simple but workable design. The rooms were awesome. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We will stay here in the future - going back and forth to Florida.

Spring break to Jekyll Island
Perfect Spring Break location! Jekyll Island is only 20mins away! Enjoyed 2 nights with 2 kiddos and the room was great! Most comfortable hotel mattress we’ve slept on!! Property was clean as was room, will definitely return! The Mexican restaurant across parking lot is great as well!! Only thing is I have to complain about was they really need a pool! Would make it perfect!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Having a limited menu, but enough you don’t have to leave the property, was nice. After driving 8 hours I did not want to get back in the car in search for food. Also nice was the bar in the same dining area. The property had everything I could ask for.

My daughter checked in at 10 pm and the room had not been cleaned. She had to wait over an hour for a room to be prepared. She felt sorry for the front desk person who had to leave clean the room.
