I was given a smoking room when i booked nonsmoke online, was moved rooms next to some people partying all night screaming and yelling. I did not sleep at all and left to the airport and got better sleep there. This hotel was a waste of money.

Very dirty room
Toilet unclean (literally)
Dog in other room barking at 3 am

Every this was real good the only improvements need more attention ok cleanliness specially floor we found couple pieces of paper and straws and much dust on floor and also clean the remote control

When i drive into Harlingen I never know if I'm getting a room until I finish the job. Might be 3am to 6am so I'll ask for a late check out. 20 to 24 hour day and I'll need to rest. Late checkouts might only be one hour but it helps before another 3 hour road trip. Correct me if I'm wrong, yes it happens even to me. Does late checkout actually mean beat on the door 1 or 2 hours before a normal checkout?

We stay at motel 6 when we go to the valley. I just wish it was for pleasure. But this last time it was to have my mom burial.

Rooms were nice and clean but someone else had taken my room and when my partner and I entered the room another couple was there. The couple had taken my room and the man seemed to be upset and threatened to attack me

Hallway very dirty, inside room looks better but we found a cockroach in one of the beds
The Ice machine was empty or no working properly
The shower curtain very dirty in the line of the bathtub, also bathtub very dangerous as gets very slippery With water and soap, it really need anti slip strips

You get what you pay for!
The front desk person gave us a room, and when we went to the room, it wasn’t even clean yet. We had to wait in the hallway 20 minutes for the cleaning ladies to clean it. Then afterwords we left for a little bit came back and the sink in the restroom had ants all in it so they were able to switch us to a different room. Also on the second and third floor of the rims, the hallways stunk really bad all musty.
