I enjoyed my four days in early May. Great location near Highway 401 and a short trip downtown and to the many stores and malls on nearby Parkdale Avenue. My room was perfect, comfortable bed, excellent TV service. Lots of close parking near the back door. NO COMPLAINTS.

The hotel is older and needs some updating. It is clean and some updates have been done but more is needed. Convenient for traveling from New Brunswick to southern Ontario.

Overall, accommodation was satisfactory. The plumbing for the shower was very suspect, the lower spout was loose in the wall and very little water reached the shower head - more water continued to come from the spout! The shower installation was very poorly constructed, certainly the source of water leaking behind the wall.

An average property, about what you'd expect for about $90 per night. Everything worked and was clean, but was just generally tired and run-down. Complimentary breakfast is very basic - toast, muffins, cereal, egg & sausage patties, coffee, juice. Heater/AC unit worked and the fan was quiet. Staff were helpful when I had a problem with the TV. Biggest negative - I had a room with a connecting door and could hear almost every word in the adjoining room. And they talked a lot!

Things were great here. One thing I would suggest they add is a boot or shoe mat inside the door of the room. It was constantly snowing on this trip and a mat would have been helpful for containing melted snow puddles on the entrance to the room.

The breakfast was awful. We went to get a coffee and there was no cream. For food there was 2 bananas, 1 egg, 1 sausage, 1muffin, bread, bagels and English muffins.

Abhi at the front desk was wonderful! I had misplaced my ac adapter and he found one for me to borrow. Recommended dining options etc. Don't let him go...ever!
