New year break
Lovely little chalet..has everything you need for a break away. Nice village with lovely pub for food Close to lots of beaches for nice dog walks Would 100% recommend this accommodation

Devon short break
A lot of long dog hair in property. Difficult front door lock bathroom floor could have done with a small bath matt, as can be slippery. Property did need a good clean. Great location for a break 👍

Pleasant stay
Very comfortable. Nicely decorated, bright and airy. Seating area outside with lovely views. Parking behind the bungalow, but with steep slope. Beds were comfortable and nice size bathroom. Lounge and kitchen open planned with breakfast tables and stools, no dining table etc. We enjoy cooking, dont really want to eat out all time. So the cooking equipment etc wasnt that good. Everything needed a good scub before using, including all the crockery. Not much choice with cooking utensils. Quite disappointing. As dogs are able stay, it would be good to have the patio area fenced for safety. With it having patio doors, it would be ideal. Not overly impressed with cleanliness. We had to wipe all the surfaces, crumbs everywhere. The toilet and basin needed wiping also. Overall it was a pleasant stay, south-facing which was lovely. If the above things could be altered and accommodated with holiday makers needs it would have 5 stars

Lovely late summer break
This is a cosy, modern well equipped chalet, on the outskirts of a very lovely village. Galmpton has a well stocked shop (1/2 mile walk) and a popular pub with very good food (on route to shop) Excellent base for exploring, beaches, river, walking, and steam trains. We did a moderate walk to Greenway (NT property) a very enjoyable day out. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Dog friendly peaceful stay
First time I have been to this part of Devon and booked last minute easily. Needed somewhere for our new puppy and was great for that as there was a little spot for the dogs to walk..a little further down through a gate. We spent most of our time by Brixham harbour and had a comfortable clean stay at this place. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed to keep the kids clean and fed. Loved the kitchen.I diddnt see any playgrounds nearby which would have been handy and deffiently need to drive. Check in was contact free. Would love to stay again.

Property was ok but the bedding had a stain on it and the blankets in the living room smelt of dogs. There was no internet despite checking with the property owner who indicated it could be bought from the site. Reception on site said they no longer supplied access and hadnt for sons time.

Nice place, but nothing left for us to clean after ourselves, could do with a hoover and wipes left for the people who stay! Could also do with having 2 keys instead of having to wait about, otherwise everything is nice!

Lovely Stay
A lovely property, good communication with owners, close to shops & beaches (would need your car though!). Partner is 6ft6 and struggled with the size of bed but overall a lovely peaceful stay.

Beautiful Area.
The property was excellent value for money ,but the area is very remote ,and occupants would need their own transport as the closest shop is 1.5 miles away and the closet beach 2 miles away .However the cottage is well situated for other destinations.The cottage is dog freindly but the garden is not enclosed and the property is on the corner of the road that enters the site.

Good location
Great little chalet modern and clean, was like home from home everything we needed. Ideal location for exploring the area. If like us you use the bus we got a day ticket then you can get on and off as much as you like that day is a lot cheaper. Would definitely stay again

It's a great location for seeing that area
The only negative point is no small lights in living area have to have really bright over lights on. Also in bedroom if one finishes reading both have to as lights on headboard don't switch off individually.

Great short stay
Lovely chalet, nice decor, everything you need. No WiFi but we were good with this ☺️. Local pub serves good food. Great walks and short drives to beaches. Dog friendly location.

Good location
This property is in a good location, clean, tidy and comfortable. Has everything you need. Local pub in walking distance which serves really good food. Site is nice and quite. Only thing would say is the dog exercising area needs to be bigger.

The client rang me twice when he arrived for the key code which he already had on his directions and instruction email. He then rang me again 4 days later for the same thing on his departure. Other than that I had no phone calls to respond to.

Chalet could of been cleaned a bit better otherwise it is a lovely chalet. Easy to access. Has all equipment to use. Nice site, clean and well kept. Great views. Quiet accept the cockeral in the mornings lol

Away from it all
on the outskirts of a small village, close to all the Torbay attraction's. The chalet was nice warm and comfy, and very quiet. I will be renting again next year for a long weekend retreat.
