Apparently the only family rooms are up a flight of stairs. Not sure how people with babies and sub navigate that. But I’ve got a bad knee from work and getting up and down multiple times to just get to the unit was a strain.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! Bridgette is soo lovely, very welcoming and accommodating!! Location is perfect and central to everything. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Brisbane and highly recommend!!! Housekeeping staff also wonderful and do a great job!

Someone entered our room while my husband n son were a sleep. Not acceptable, should have knocked. Other than this our stay was fine.

Staff were very friendly. I stopped over for a one night stay with my kids and was unfortunately really disappointed. The bedding absolutely reeked of cigarettes and as a non smoker it made it a very unpleasant sleep. I ended up having to take my 3 month old baby out of the bed and had to have him sleep in his pram for the night which is just not ideal. I know doonas are not changed every visit and the bedding was clean (sheets) but the rooms was really terrible.

Friendly staff, nothing was a problem if you required help. The rooms were very clean, and the surroundings of the property were kept clean and tidy including the BBQ and pool area. Would stay again when in the area.

Pleasantly surprised for the price we paid this Motel was fantastic. The room and bathroom were huge with great facilities. The bed was comfortable, shower was huge. Kitchen facilities fantastic. Netflix was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly rate this stay
