My review is tainted by the room itself. I barely got any sleep for a week because my room was on top of one of Brisbane's busiest roads with trucks and motorbikes growling up and down the hill, while the western sun baked the bedroom which has no airconditioning. Finding the filthy food encrusted baking tray in the dirty oven didn't help - I spent the first night cleaning the kitchen. The facilities are good for this kind of apartment, decent size fridge, good stove (once cleaned), laundry facilities, etc, but there were also numerous broken fittings and items which were offputting. Note that there is plenty of space, but there is no table, so if you need to do any work, you will be doing it at the breakfast bar on hard stools. The location is perfect for either the hospital (3 min walk to the central lifts) or the showgrounds. It is right on top of one Brisbane's best bus terminals, and a few hundred meters from its busiest train station, so you don't need a car. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking rates reasonable. I would go back unless it is summer, but I would insist on a different room.

The room and property generally were dirty. The shower changed constantly from freezing cold to scalding hot- highly problematic for our children. The car lift was unexpected and challenging. Would not stay again.

Parking is atrocious and the 1 car lift broke down. Yes it has a car lift and takes 10 mins to park. When the 1 lift broke down I have to spend $30 on parking offsite. Only air con in lounge and none in bedroom hopeless in summer in qld. Cockroaches everywhere.

Great location but the apartment is needing some attention. The TV has no signal, the tap is detached from the sink, the fans are very squeaky (but you need them on as the aircon is only in the living room).

The apartment is good. Air conditioning in the living area only. Fans in the bedrooms. If you have a car, access to parking is via a car lift. The procedure requires backing into the lift. If you have a large vehicle it’s not easy in the confined space. Similarly parking, once you get to the basement. This should be in the property description. For a person with a disability or a single person with small children it would be extremely difficult. Also only one car lift was working. It’s a slow process getting in and out.
