This property is in terrible shape. Even though we booked 2 rooms at the same time, the rooms were on 2 separate floors. Rooms were very sparsely decorated/did not look at all like the photos online/rooms were dirty; minimal towels supplied; no bedside lamps; very small pillows/ did not use bathtub or shower due to uncleanliness/got bugbites after short time sitting in room. If this is a Wyndham property, we certainly expected so much better. Breakfast was provided but due to cleanliness issues in the breakfast room, we only had coffee. We were very disappointed with this hotel stay. We would like Wyndham owners to respond to our review.
The room was clean but there are some things in the room, halls and exterior that need some repairs. The breakfast area is a good size and there are eggs and sausage. It would be a little better if there was yogurt, some fruit and oatmeal
This was a horrible experience it was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. Never received room service the whole stay. No roller paper had to ask for some the shower was dirty and clogged. There was blood on the hallway stairs and on the carpet. The outside door all you had to do was pull it and it open not safe at all. The worst place to stay ever. I feel like I need at tetanus shot after staying here. Very disappointed and disgusted.

The price was right, coffees was good, breakfast adequate, room outdated .
This hotel is disgusting. Brown linens, dirty floors, broken furniture, smelled of smoke, smoke coming through the air filters from other people smoking all kinds of things in there rooms. We requested a new room and The front desk clerk Ron was lovely and tried to get us another room. It was equally as bad. Expedia was of no help and should be ashamed to even lost such a disgusting place on their app.
Smelled of cigarette smoke, check in process was very slow even though we were prebooked and prepaid. Breakfast didn't look appetizing so we didn't stay. This hotel was noisy....We heard 3 other peoples alarms in the morning at 6am.
Double charged for the room. Very unhelpful when attempting to correct the issue. Had to call corporate office and start a investigation against them to be able to receive a refund on double charge.

Our trip was a special occasion. I called prior to booking to ensure there was an indoor working pool. My grandson only has one birthday each year. I assured him we would be able to swim. After checkin and in our swimwear we found the pool closed. The pool was my sole reason for choosing this facility. My grandson was completely devastated. I feel I wasted my money.
The property was fine and clean with many great dining options. Including delivery meals.
I only had one problem that was not the fault of the hotel and that was a very loud group in the room next to mine that didn’t quiet down till after 1 am.
Otherwise it was a good stay.
We have stayed here many times when we have travelled south. We were disappointed in how unorganized this property has become. On our first visit they assigned us to a room that had not been cleaned yet. On the way home we booked a pullout couch as we had 3 people, there was no linen for the pullout when we went down to the front desk they gave us sheets that did not fit so we had to go back down to the front desk very annoying after a long day on the road!
We did not stay, was given three room options, none of which were acceptable. Musty smell and sunken in beds.

Very tired property, but it's due to the clientele, not the hotel staff. People are destructive for no reason. The staff here is excellent and that's a kicka** breakfast for an $80 hotel stay.
The hotel is old but fairly clean. Pillows were good but the room had very bright overhead lights...a lamp on the nightstand between beds or sconce light there would have been better. Breakfast took a while as the coffee was out as well as some foods. The 24 hr coffee was empty as well. The fellow on the front desk was really great and hustled to get the breakfast issue taken care of by doing it himself. We have paid less for better than this.
