"I reserved a rolling bed in the room and it was not set up. Had to ask 3 times before it was finally set up in the room. It was supposed to be set up when we got to our room. There was also a Harvard medical conference when we were there and they took over the hotel. It was loud and made it uncomfortable ..."

"Booked a one-bedroom for a place to stay before a road race. Perfect! Big enough space to share with friends. Full kitchen was great. There was a coffee pot with coffee setups. We brought our own creamer, so the fridge came in handy. Great location."

Beautiful resort. Needs some minor maintenance due to its age. Not worth the price based on overall experience. High prices for everything. Water was $7 USD for example. Staff seem very young and lacked the correct training for this type of resort.
