Great stay at Mamaison Residence. Breakfast was wonderful everything very fresh . Apartment perfect and as description. Our only let down was we couldn’t use our VIP privileges as the hotel had no bar.

A lovely hotel. I had a very spacious room and enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. One slight negative was the noise insulation between rooms wasn’t great.

Bratislava - MUST STAY!!!
I'd highly recommend this hotel. Staff was amazingly friendly, room was clean and accommodating, and check-in/out was easy. My next stay in Bratislava will be done at this hotel

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood but only a 15 minute walk to the old town tourist area.

Bratislava 2023 - family/couple friendly
Booked the hotel with friends, 4 of us in total. A nice steady 10 min walk into Bratislava Centre. We both had a business suite which was fantastic. Lots of room with plenty of space, shower,bath and a separate toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air-con along with all the other bits and bobs you need in self catering accommodation. Staff very more than helpful even before we landed answering any questions we had and more than happy to help us out when we were there. 100% i will tell friends about this place and return again if visiting Bratislava.

Very simple experience.
If you are looking for a simple experience will be fine, but not for the price paid. Few staff speak English, 4days of stay and our room wasn't cleaning once, I need to ask for clean towels. When u are having a shower a lot water goes out from under class cubicle.

Great sleep in Mamaison Residence Sulekova
I was extremely satisfied especially with the quiet location, I had my best sleeping experience... I also enjoyed the relax in the bathtub, was very fresh the next morning. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. When I will be in Bratislava again, this hotel will definitely be one of my favourites. The appartment is also equipped with kitchenette, fridge, sound system etc., so is very suitable also for longer stays, though I stayed only 1 night from Saturday till Sunday...

Calling it 4 star is a bold move
Years ago, I used to work as a hotel reviewer. One hotel I had to review was MaMaison in Prague. It was fantastic. When I saw MaMaison in Bratislava, I was expected a similar condition. Boy, was I setting myself up. Since my arrival, I have come to find out that there is a renovated part of the hotel and an unrenovated part (?) and I'm in the latter. It does look like something was done since 1980, but it was done poorly and doesn't even come close to resembling the pictures online. Sure, there's a great view of the castle from my room but that's it. There's a kitchen which would be great if I wanted to cook, but I don't know what we'd eat on since there are no plates and no silverware. For a 4-star hotel, I would've expected a bottle of water - but no. The "designer" toiletries basically means they're using a brand you've seen before - calling it designer really sets one up for expectation. There was only shower gel and hand wash - no lotion or anything else. I asked about room service and was told that since no one really used it, it wasn't available regardless of what the website said. Did I sleep ok? Yes. The bed was comfortable. Was it an overall decent stay for 80 bucks? Yes. However, it should be a 2-3 star, max (though I've stayed in many better 3 stars before). A vacuum would do wonders for the carpet. It was quiet and my car was safe but calling it a 4 star hotel is a stretch. I didn't even bother asking about my free bottle of wine.

We ask for a room with working air conditioner and it didn’t work. We call reception for a solution. They said they didn’t had any. They could change our rooms and they didn’t have a fan. They didn’t even suggest bringing a guy to fix the air conditioner. Horrible services

Lovely hotel and staff.
The hotel is very modern with friendly staff. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Only downfall we had was it was too hot in the room and the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 19 degrees so we slept with the windows open. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the old town and its all up hill to get back to the hotel. It cost us €8 to get to the hotel in a Uber don’t use their local taxis.
