The pool and wellness doesn't belong to the hotel
The hotel itself is nice and rooms are well equipped (although I had to ask for a water kettle for tea, since I don't drink coffee). However it's misleading to list the swimming pool and wellness as part of the hotel, these facilities don't belong to the hotel and they're merely public facilities in a nearby shopping mall.

Excellent kind and supportive staff. Excelent cleanliness. Nice hotel. Bed-matrace comfort clould be better. Good and tasty breakfest. And parking is prety expensive (25 EUR/night, pool is not "only for hotel guests", hotel restaurat was under reconstruction, but close to hotel on oposite side of the stree is good bar with good kitchen.

This is a very clean hotel. The inability to lower the room temperature below 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26 Celsius was unacceptable in August. Also, the shower wall leaked into the rest of the bathroom as it needs sealed. Would not stay here again mainly because the hotel keeps all rooms at 80 degrees without allowing any adjustments.

Fantastic hotel, especially for the price! The room was beautiful, had great features, and had an awesome view of the city! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in, period!

Great hotel
Fantastic position of the hotel, 20min walk from the city center, and integrated with a large shopping center. Parking at the level -3 was worth every penny, as parking in general is a problem. The only thing I was missing was hair conditioner.

More pros than cons
My stay was disappointing. Our first night was in a first class room as business class room was tiny and we were willing to pay extra to upgrade. But the bed the pillow the noise were all so uncomfortable, we got no sleep and went back to business class room the next day and it was much nicer. I think we just got shown a bad one in the first night. The staff are very rude and poor communicators. Breakfast is good but not worth the price as lots of cafe next to hotel in shopping centre and much cheaper. Would stay there again for location just avoid first class rooms

the pool is not included in the price
When you look at it, it gives you the feeling that the pool is included. You have to pay 9EUR per entry per person. It's not the hotel's pool, but the shopping mall's pool. So take this into account. Had to email them via www.lindner.de and did not get a reply and then I called them and the person I talked to would not speak good english. I had a tough time explaining that I would arrive one day later.

Overall an OK stay but I would not book this hotel again. Comfy beds and very clean room. We came here after a long day of driving. Kitchen at the hotel restaurant were closed even it should have been open. Staff excuse was that they had an event earlier that day so they closed it early. No information about this on the webpage or resturant entrance. Very dissapointed and hungry we had to find a open resturant nearby. Long que in the reception at the hotel and other staff just sitting there doing other things than helping guests. Hotel have pool and gym in their commercial pictures, but it doesn't belong to the hotel and the charge is 9 euro pr. entry. Good parking facilities, bit expensive. 20 euro pr. night.

We loved the contemporary look of the room (room10.24). The reception staff were wonderful - so helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the Central shopping and restaurant area too. The only thing that might have been good is if the swimming pool was subsidized, as it was 18 euros for my wife and sun to use, which seemed a little expensive. I understand that the pool is not the hotel pool, but when I looked at the website before booking, this was not made clear. This was our first time at a Lindner hotel, and I would definitely stay again. A sophisticated yet personal experience.

Fabulous Hotel -
Brilliant hotel - spotlessly clean and modern. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a view of Bratislava. We have stayed here before - perfect! Any time I return to Bratislava this is where I will be staying. Close to the airport. Taxis are quite expensive though very reliable. Personally - this hotel is one hundred per cent. The pool is accessed via the Leisure Centre in the shopping centre and I think it is run by a separate entity. There is a separate charge for the facilities - 9 euro for pool use - bring your own towel (or make sure you have money with you - as this can cause a lot of inconvenience when they ask for payment for all the extras. The pool is a great length although it was freezing cold when I was in and access to the steam room area etc was not permitted in swimwear - and as I did not have a large towel with me I couldn't access this area (at huge disappointment - and because I needed heat after the cold temperature of the pool). The extra charge does not annoy me but being ready for a swim and then having to go back to pay at reception - and the embarrassment of non-entry until this was done - then an extra charge for towels etc (if you haven't brought any more money down with you) - and subsequent to-ing and fro-ing from the room leads to a lot of frustration. And it was not explained before entry to the leisure area that swimwear was not permitted. You also have to enter and exit via a public area - be prepared.

10 mins taxi ride away from district one. Over all good hotel. Spacious room, clean and good style. However, front reception staff weren't welcoming nor friendly. They were 'cold'. Numerious times, no greetings when you pass the reception staff. Infact the room maids had better courtesy.

Check in was excellent... and the hotel is really good. However the room are very hot: and the air conditioning is remotely controlled! We also didn’t have our towels changed.. but we also didn’t chase this up with the hotel. I would recommend this hotel: slightly out of the main are however trams are very 5minutes and only a 2 minutes walk away. If you want to use the gym etc it’s 8euros per visit which is quite expensive .

Very nice hotel and good location
Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, lift to various floors, AC, parking in the basement for additional 20 Euro. Adjoining Central shopping mall with nice food court. Can get tram to city centre from very close by station. 70 cents one way ticket.

Great hotel and lovely staff
Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. Hotel was immaculate and the staff were amazing. We were late for breakfast on the last day (Monday) as it closed earlier than on the weekend. Rather than turn us away the staff went to great lengths to personally cook us breakfast and to give us whatever we wanted even though they were half way through packing up. Any other hotel would have told us that it was tough but this gesture really impressed me and was the icing on the cake to a perfect weekend getaway. Will certainly be back again. As it turns out not only should you only ever have a german car and german appliances in your home but you should only ever stay in a German hotel. Well done ze Germans, shame I can't say the same for your football team.

Great stay in Bratislava
Amazing view from hotel room, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were great. The hotel is right next to the Central shopping centre and cinema with restaurants very close by. Overall a perfect experience and would love to stay again!

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Last time we had a really bad experience. We had room that included bar for two days in our price and voucher for that. However the next day we had no service for our room, it was never cleaned and bar was not re stocked. when we asked the cleaning lady to do that she refused. Later on evening I asked the front desk and they brought us few waters upstairs but did not restock the coke and juices. When we were checking out and I mentioned the incident, the front desk lady said that apparently we have put a no disturb sign and this is why it was not done. however that was not true, we have not done that and in fact, when we wanted to use do not disturb sign while showering , we noticed it was not usable as it was damaged and it would not hang in the door. So the cleaning lady lied to front desk. Later front desk said "its word against word" and they "they believe the cleaning lady and not us" This is very dissapoitning as we paid for room with the bar included and they obviously stole from us and never recompensed this and lied on top of that and blamed us instead their poor service. I want to point out that there are very good hotels in Bratislava where incidents like these won't happen , we stayed here because others were full. Try Wilson Hotel, Loft Hotel or Sheraton by Eurovea. Those are high wealthy awsome service hotels where the client is valued. We are very disappointed and will file a complaint further.
