We certainly are not every ones cup of tea, but so glad you had a comfortable stay regardless. We aren't the trendiest for sure. We encourage everyone to read reviews of similarly priced hotel. We are certain many will see we have some of the top reviews in cleanliness, convenience, and comfortability in our price point. Photos of each property can show which hotels are fun and trendy though and anyone should pick where ever fits their needs the best! Branson has no shortage of places to stay and we are here for everyone but especially those who enjoy cozy, clean, and comfortable. :)

We try! We can't be everyone's cup of tea- but for those looking for Clean, Classic, Convenient, and Comfortable we have you Covered. :)

These very few things in Branson you aren't super close to when staying with us for sure! Being right off the strip keeps the traffic an noise down, but our road is parallel to most the strip so works as a great back road to wherever you need to go.

So sorry you stay seems less than satisfied, with no comments we don't know where exactly to improve- but rest assured we will still do our best so hopefully if you stay again the next time will be as close to perfect as we can get!

Sorry your stay was less than ideal. We are a non smoking property and deeply apologize if the guest before you broke that rule without us noticing. We will reinspect the room and do our best to air it out and give it a couple deeper cleans and ozone it as best we can. Normally we would say to contact the front desk for help and we would do what we could to fix anything asap but as you said you arrived after we closed. We do have our hours posted publicly and are usually displayed before purchase. However We still do our best to accommodate any late arrivals anyways. We handle each late arrival slightly differently based on each situation. If you have a different preference than what we offered that works outside our hours of operation feel free to let us know ahead of time in the future and we will do our best to accommodate what we can. If all else fail on our door anytime we are closed we do have our number posted which WILL reach an on property manager even at night incase of any urgent needs. Checking into a room that's unsatisfactory would qualify as urgent so please don't hesitate to call us in that instance in the unlikely event it ever happens again.

It's truly wonderful to be so close to the center of Branson, yet just off the main strip so you can get where you need to go with less traffic interference. As a local who works here I can say it makes getting to and from work way easier for sure!

Wow! This is our 3rd full marks review today about our clean rooms. While it is always our aim, seeing it noted consistently really makes us proud of our staff! We will pass on the praise for sure!
