Great place
There we're 3 of us women, all in our 70s, that stayed 4 night in your condo. We had a great stay and enjoy your place very much. It was our " HOME AWAY FROM HOME". The only thing that was hard for us was the stairs. We would highly recommend others to stay here.

Spring Break Getaway
The place was exactly as pics showed on the listing. Very clean. Quiet. Close proximity to all of the Branson activities. Having 3 complete bathrooms was very helpful and nice. The beds were large and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own TV, and theres also one in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishware. The owner has thought of everything. Our stay was completely comfortable and enjoyable. We would stay here again. Highly recommended.

From making our reservation to checkout was perfect. Everything was exactly as we expected. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Place was very clean and everything we needed was there. It was great! Only thing is maybe get something for the bottom of the shower to prevent falls? The internet did not connect to the tv , but we were not there for the tv so that was ok! Overall very comfortable stay!

Property was perfect for our stay. Nice place, quiet, clean, convenient, and cozy. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Will stay again. Check in was super easy with just needing door code to access unit, nice to not have to go through a desk person.

Family group of 10 for two nights. Plenty of room, well stocked, good location. Owner was quick to respond to questions and hot water issue. He sent a plumber immediately to address concern. Good location and had a great stay!

Great space
This location was great, and with three bedrooms the space was good. Needs some detailed cleaning. Shower curtain in main bedroom had pink mold, growing on it. Second bedroom had no knobs to open the closet. Pantry door in kitchen top hardware broken and will not stay closed. So it just needs a little detailed fix ups and clean up and it would have been made our experience more awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was just as described. The only issue we had the thermostat was a smart style. It would not allow us to change it. It was set at 54 degrees! That was a bit cool!

Vacation down hill!
Our vacation was totally ruined with no AC. Management knew of these issues and failed to disclose and to send anyone in proper time for repair. No refund or discount was offered. Totally will not book again!

Hi Ty, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - We do all we can to ensure that guests enjoy their stay and acted immediately when you let us know of the issues with the AC. We offered to have an emergency HVAC personnel visit the home during your stay and were happy to refund you if you wanted to purchase a box fan to help keep you comfortable in the meantime. We did not hear back from you regarding this offer and did not want to send someone to the home unannounced. - We apologize for any miscommunication and that your trip was impacted by this issue. The AC unit has since been fixed and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!

Family vacation after youngest child’s graduation
We had a great time! We had 5 young adults with us so private space was important. They all enjoyed the condo and the pool. It was 100 degrees outside almost every day- so the pool was used a lot after a day of exploring Branson, Silver Dollar City & Tablerock lake. We couldn’t see everything in a week and will go back! Hopefully we can stay in the same condo!

Great Place To Stay
A quiet neighborhood, clean spacious unit and nice furnishings. Our family rented two units in the same building for a spring break getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to update mattress in master bedroom. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

The location is fantastic. Close but not too close to all the hoopla. One set of stairs up, but no issues with our group. The walls are thin so you hear everything but that didn’t bother us. We will definitely stay here again.

My main complaint is is truly only fits 8. The other 2 are on a mattress that you have you find space for somewhere. We had to move a bed, in the front bedroom, over to fit the mattress somewhere out of the way. The other options were in the main bedroom in the walkway, a very hot sunroom, the family room walkway, or the dinning room.

Our party of 3 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant stayed here in June 2021. This is a roomy property, especially the Master. Nice to have the 2 sinks! Check in was the best....no waiting in line. Very nice property representative. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can't be beat. The pool behind the condo is nice, but the pools at the adjoining resort (which guests have access to) are really nice. We all had a great time.

Branson is open!!
Our stay at the property was just great. A few small things, but when there are three couples over 70 years olds, we are not very good at climbing stairs. That was our fault, but made it just fine. Location of such things like the toilet paper hangers, no overhead light in front downstairs bedroom. Did I tell you we were over 70 years olds ??? Had a great time enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I along with 4 friends came to Branson to see the Christmas lights & go to some Christmas shows. The Condo fit out needs perfectly. It was clean and well equipped for us to prepare meals. Excellent Accomadations!

It was a great place, We left for the day and came back to the house completely decorated for Christmas, the kids thought Santa came. They were thrilled to come back and have the Christmas tree up and the house decorated. It was a fun weekend.

Property was exactly as described and shown. Easy to get to condo and around town. The only thing that we had an issue with (if you want to call it that) was that the air mattresses had holes in them. I called Scott and he promptly brought over 2 new ones. Great customer service. Every thing worked great and we had a wonderful time.

Not Quite As Nice As The Pictures
This property was built in 1993 and it shows it. Here's the positives. The AC, the cable, the internet worked great. The beds were comfortable and sinks and showers delivered hot water. Here's the negatives. The front door looked like the police had once tried to break it down, floors were not very clean, carpets did not appear to be vacuumed, and there were no dish cloths or dish rags. The trash can looked like it had been purchased from Wal Mart a few years ago and was filthy. We had a nice time but this property is in need of renovation or at least some TLC.

Overall, the property was clean and as listed. There was a piece of siding outside of the kitchen window that was flapping in the wind that sounded like thunder. It was rather annoying. The pantry was very dirty as were several of the doors. They should be wiped down or repainted. The rugs in the master bath were dirty with small pieces of hair all over them when we arrived. We were also afraid that the TV in the living room was going to fall off the buckling shelf. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The unit is very close to the pool which was great with kids. The pack and play was clean. It would have been nice to have a few more linens, but otherwise having the extra blow up mattresses were helpful.

The only down fall was not realizing we were on the third floor and had to climb stairs. My husband has bad knees and we didn't know about the stairs. Other than that excellent place to stay at!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well stocked. The pool and other amenities are great! I would suggest replacing the couch and chair as they are worn out. Beds in guest rooms are ok; master is good.

The good is that the bed in the master was very comfortable. However, there were many problems with the stay. The condo was dirty on arrival. They sent someone over to clean it but realized after they left it was not stocked with trash bags, enough dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or dishcloths. There were numerous things needing attention; the dining room table leg was about to fall off, the screens on the enclosed porch were falling out, the description indicated a communal pool and private pool, and that we could use the amenities at the the meadows Wyndham next door. There was only one pool and we were not allowed to use any amenities at Wyndham's Meadows. We asked about this at the front desk of Wyndham and were told this was false.

Nice place with a few minor opportunities to address
Overall, the place was nice and we'd might stay here again. It was large enough for my family of 6. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of plates, glasses, pans, etc. The TVs, electronics, and appliances worked fine. The A/C worked fine, though the upstairs was always a few degrees warmer. The wifi worked fine. The resort was clean and is in a good and convenient location to get to the different activities in Branson. We had a pleasant stay. The condo and resort just needs just a little maintenance. As other reviewers have noted, the downstairs toilet continues to run water occasionally. Some of the doorknobs and faucet handles are extremely loose and are close to coming off, though the front door lock is secure. The place was very clean, except the air intake vents are covered in dust. Some windows need to be replaced due to discoloration. The living room's ceiling fan's lights work, but was missing its light fixture. Our kids enjoyed the resort's pool, but it looks like the pool's tiles have not been cleaned in quite a while. The pool water looked fine. Don’t get me wrong - it’s a nice place to stay. With just a little upkeep and maintenance, the condo and resort could be great. Overall a nice place with some minor opportunities to address.

Wonderful condo! Five high school friends from the 80's met for a long weekend and this was the perfect place! No problems at all! Good location for all the Branson attractions! Don't miss "Samson" at the Sight and Sound!

Upon our arrival I was a bit nervous...the outside didn’t match the interior. It didn’t appear to be very big and the front door was pretty beat up. The moment I walked in, my concern disappeared! The inside was beautiful and cozy. The linens and beds were so comfortable! The whole place was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. The community pool wasn’t all that nice, but the kids still had fun! Overall, I’d choose to stay here again! Thank you so much :-)
