No complaints other than a maintenance worker in the morning that was around the breakfast area listening to a very loud, what sounded like a podcast, in creole. It was very loud and the person on the podcast was literally screaming. You could hear it anywhere in the lobby area.

The room was dirty and unacceptable, and it had a funny odor, and the couch was all unzipped when I asked the front desk for another room. She gave me a hard time and ended up finding me another room and the second room had a huge spill on the carpet, and I asked for towels that night and the front desk said they would bring them up and never did I estimate I asked to clean the room and she never did

I had to ask for another room because of the wet smell and the the couch in the room was all unzipped from the cushions and the carpeting was very dirty. I was moved to a different room unfortunately I wanted a bath tub and the second room had a huge spill on the carpet and no bath tub

I’ve been staying at this hotel chain over the years which always been nice and clean. This location needs some updating, especially the bathroom. Rusted shower door fixtures, stained tub, poor repair to tile work. Room smells a bit musky. Staff was amazing. Especially Cindy( hope by I got her name correct).

The rooms are very dated for the price. No soundproofing at all, very noisy at all hours of the day and night. Lots of slamming doors, even by staff. The pool was very nice and breakfast was good.

Run down and tired property. The carpets in the rooms are filthy. Walk on them with socks or bare feet and they turn black from the dirt. Maid service consists of putting new towels in the room. Breakfast hostess was very nice. Front desk staff was very nice. For the price of the room, the cleaning is horrible.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Was not really happy about the 250.00 incidental deposit. They don't mention anything about that when you book your room online. they just hit you with it at the desk when you check in. Cleanliness was ok nothing to write home about big stains in the carpet looks like had not been cleaned in awhile. A/C unit really noisy. Could use a service.

Didn’t like the foul smell in the hallway of must and dirty carpet. The smell got into our room. I had to scrub and clean the bathroom myself before allowing my family to use it. Breakfast options weren’t great.

I would rate this property a 2 at best. The entry clerk was friendly but the evening clerk not so much....i was on the 4th floor, toilet didnt work properly and shower floor was so grimy i had to use a towel on the floor to stand on...i don't typically like to leave negative reviews...this hotel needs a facelift/upgrade and/or staff that would make it better.

Overall not worth a repeat stay. Would look for an alternate at the same price point. Breakfast service was poor. Short on many items. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Also I reported room safe as not working and it was not addressed.
