Really, I made a good choice of a hotel. The Expedia points also had an influence that provided a discount. Normally, Gumbet in the summer is a youngsters paradise! This time of the year not so "musically" load, just a slice of music in the distance! The breakfast was exceptional! Thank you all the staff.

Very welcoming manager , great rooms and views and location for the town Only downside was the noise from the nightclubs but the music stops at 1am so was fine for us

Club noise from 9pm to 2am - beware!
If you're not in Bodrum to party, avoid this hotel. The music starts around 9pm and ends at 2am but there's no soundproofing that you feel like you are in the nightclub itself - we couldn't sleep until the music was turned off by the club's nearby. Angry that hotels.com advertise this and don't mention the noise that you will endure and surprised of the 10/10 reviews (sound fake?) The only positive is that there is a nice sea view but even the rooms are basic and the WiFi intermittent.

Our stay here was phenomenal! To begin, the staff were amenable to us shifting around the dates of our reservation as our prior lodging was terrible and we wanted to move on as quickly as possible. Additionally, we ended up having a friend that had to stay with us due to flight issues and Nes (the manager) not only didn’t charge us extra for having an extra guest but she also upgraded our rooms to accommodate us. Obviously she did not need to do that and we cannot express how happy we are with this. She also took the time to provide us with several nightlife and food recommendations which were stellar. Furthermore, the amenities were great. The pool area was clean with a great view, breakfast was nice, and the rooms were in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family

The owners awesome, welcoming and genuinely nice. The hotel has the best view in Gumbet, very clean, and right in the center of many Bars, restaurants and shopping places. I wlll go back for sure. Thanks!

I booked this hotel on Expedia over the Turkish Eid holiday weekend. I was charged $500 per night for a room. When I arrived for check-in, the front desk told me that the hotel is fully booked but that we could have a spare room at the top floor (No elevator). This room was apparently the owner's personal room and had his personal belongings in it. The room did not have a working phone, or a functioning air conditioner. Anytime I wanted anything I had to climb down several flights of stairs to ask the front desk. The average rate of this hotel is usually about $30/night which is exactly what it's worth. The music from the nightclub was so loud, I was never able to sleep all night.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes of restaurants and bars and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel itself is clean with an excellent pool and has some lovely views over the bay.

Eşim ve iki kızımla konaklamaya gittik kalamadan ayrıldık otelden. Bir kere aileler için asla uygun değil, gece kulüplerinin bitişiği ve inanılmaz gürültülü. Odalar eski, tuvaletlerinde havlu bile asmaya yer yok. Genel olarak pis ve kötü bir görüntüsü var. Bizi karşılayan kişiler kibar ve güleryüzlüydü ama maalesef bu yeterli olmuyor. 10 bin tl mizi yakarak gece 22 de girdiğimiz otelden 23 de ayrıldık.

Otele rezervasyon yaptırmamızla konaklama süresi boyunca çok ilgilendiler çok teşekkürler. Gümbet’te konaklamak çok kolaylık oldu. Barlar sokağı yanı ama öyle sanıldığı gibi çok gürültü gelmiyor. Birkaç eksiği tabii ki vardı bizi rahatsız etmedi genel olarak iletmek gerekirse kahvaltıları hep aynı olması ve oda temizliği konusunda biraz düzensizler o kadar. Onur bey ve eşi özellikle çok tatlı ve yardımseverler. Gümbet plajına da yürümeyle 3-4 dakika da iniyorsunuz çok kolaylık. Denizi biz çok beğenmedik biraz bulanıktı ama yine de idare eder. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hem konumu barlar sokağına çok yakın olmasından dolayı çok iyiydi, hem de işletmecisi ve personeli inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ve ufak tefek taleplerimiz asla reddedilmedi. Bir sonraki Gümbet tatilimizde de kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak.

Das Hotel ist unmittelbar neben einer Diskothek die ab 20 Uhr geschätzte 100 Dezibel Musik Belästigung verbreitet. Erst ab 1 Uhr nachts wird endlich Ruhe. Schade für das Hotel, es ist recht nett.

the welcome at the reception of the hotel manager was very friendly. I was kindly given an upgrade to a great room with a wonderful view over gumbet. Furthermore, she was always ready to help and helped me book the ferry to Datca. i received detailed tips on how to continue my journey. this is how you feel very well looked after in an accommodation! many thanks to the hotel gumbet, i would be happy to recommend it to others.
