Very friendly staff, hooked us up with parking since there was an issue with the card reader. Very convenient spot and super clean.

Stayed for graduation. They were super nice. It was crazy expensive but expecte and ended up with a broken sink but they fixed it right away. The room service was terrible. But maybe it was very busy. They barely made the bed but when I said something they fixed right away.

The bathroom mirrors are extremely rough and old. These need to be replaced. The breakfast options were minimal. Only 2 choices of cereal, eggs tasted microwaved. Only 2 types of bread and bagels. The host never refilled the toppings for the oatmeal. Their breakfast compares to cheap motel. I expected better from Hyatt.

Great location. Nice property with good amenities. At breakfast, please put the silverware in a more accessible location than right next to the hot food where it is very hard to find.

We came to Bloomington for the eclipse, as did many others. Hotel was packed, but everything was clean and ready. The manager was awesome. On site the whole time, answering questions. He even extended the breakfast time a bit, as there were so many people! Breakfast was excellent. Overall, an excellent stay! Thanks!

Kitchen evidently vents to elevator as you’ll smell the bacon in the mornings but not in the lobby

Excellent property, location and friendly staff. Parking should have been included, instead of charging $15/day. The breakfast included was ended by 9am on a Good Friday holiday. Bit surprised to see that the items were not replenished by 8:35am. The selections were not that many. Something the management should think about. If breakfast were not included, we would have planned accordingly.

Room was nice, staff was good. Parking garage is VERY tight, and breakfast was underwhelming. Premade waffles, small single egg and cheese premade omelets, grocery bag bagels, cereals etc.

Clean and new in great location.
Hotel is very clean and updated. Front desk staff was nice. Good location and close to many restaurants. You do have to pay for garage parking. Bathrooms have sliding glass doors. I hate that. Not very private. Nice amenities.

Parking garage was not an easy process, very tight. Checked in late at night, the guy who was at the desk was cursing, at his computer screen. Apparently he was playing a game and my arrival didn’t suit timing wise. He was not pleasant, yet the day time staff was lovely.

Hotel was clean and the room was nice. I had a late check in & when I got there at 1:50am, the man at desk was rude & unfriendly. They put us on the 7th floor, which was no problem until I had to call in the morning because there was no water coming out of the facet in the shower. I called down and she said that they had pipe issues; specifically on the 7th floor. Wasn’t able to take a shower this morning and the water barely ran for us to brush our teeth.
