"The property is gorgeous and is situated nicely with a great view of the valley and the water. The space is well-kept, roomy, and well-appointed, and stays quite cool with the windows open. "Great, clean and well appointed property. Excellent ongoing communication with owner. Views were amazing. San Pol is walkable but quiet so you’ll need transport to get into Calella for additional restaurants and bars. That said it’s only a 30 minute walk"

"We spent a month at Maremar. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough. We can't wait to come back! Peter and Lucy are fabulous hosts and the property manager, Carmen, is wonderful to work with. On the practical side the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's far enough from the center of towm to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the market. The location was perfect for day trips throughout the area. It's paradise! The views from the home are spectacular....

"Excellent stay. The house was lovely and stocked with all the dishes and glasses / pots and pans you could need. The coffee makers were ideal. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, we rarely used the indoor one. Also stocked with all the condiments you could wish for. Having said all that, there is a great beach bar/resto within 2 mins walk and clearly in the summer there are more. Jose the host was charming and accommodating when we had a flight delay."
