Our four star Windsor Park hotel is situated on the quieter north of Blackpool attracting lots of guests and regulars visitors. Our quality bedrooms and nicely decorated breakfast room, bar & sun lounge area appreciated by our new & regular guests. You & your partner booked to stay with us for 3 nights. On your arrival, you were advised that if you were using our free car parking space during your stay with us, your car would be blocked in, but we were told that you weren’t using your car for the first 2 nights but there was a possibility that you might be using it on Sunday. We also reconfirmed with you on the Sunday morning of your stay that if you were using your car, we could ask other staying guest to swap the cars with you but, as you weren’t planning to use your car, we left it as it was. In the afternoon, your plans changed and you wanted to use your car to go to the movies. It was too late for us to contact other staying guests to move their car. Our hotel is not just a place to CRASH, it’s a home away from home and our new & regular guests enjoy staying at the Windsor Park Hotel Blackpool.
