there where lots of ants in or room in the bathroom and in the jetted tub. the fan on the heater didn't stay on other then that it was ok of a stay the breakfast was good and that was nice

First off the place was super dirty! Our bed was disgusting and dirty with black marks all over. Nathan that checked us in was nice he did the best he could but sometimes when we can’t do enough we need to call someone for help. Also couldn’t get access to the pool. After speaking to Nathan he swore up and down it was user error, whatever there’s a camera there they can easily pull up video footage of multiple times Nathan redid our card. Never will I stay there again. Also check in was about 30 mins because Nathan said that their system was down.

Im very sorry that was his first shift. I did have a meeting with him and showed him how he can improve from this review. the system was down but that was a maintance from choice corporate so that was out of our control.

Rude staff, my credit card had a preauthorization after I asked to extend my stay. Only two bath towels provided for a room that slept four guests. And of course the water park contributed to the poor stay. Kids running unattended up and down the hall being loud and rowdy. This occurred from Friday through Sunday. Property was grungy and dirty. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Country Inn and it’ll be the last. Potential guests beware.

Im very sorry about your stay. You did not let staff know about your issues and people only usually ask to extend their stay when they are enjoying their stay so that is how we took it since no issues were brought to our attention.

We stayed here overnight to be able to have a family night and swim. My kids loved the pool! I will say that I’d stay here again strictly for the pool. The one staff member was rather rude to my FIL who specifically requested a first floor room due to mobility issues. He was promised a room on first floor but ended up staying on third floor. There were stains on the bedding and the pull out couches in which you can use as another bed (esp since we had 2 adults and 3 kids) were dirty with food crumbs in the sheets. The breakfast was decent!

The staff was amazing, the facility was under some kind of construction and our room smelled musty mildew like, breakfast was great when it was stocked they ran out of things like they didn’t have enough for all the guests they were accommodating

Not worth it
Mold and mildew in windows. Mildew smell every time the air turned on for heat or cool. Their explaination- its the weather. No. Simple good cleaning would prevent this kind of mildew and mold.

The room was dirty..dirty tub, dirty bathroom, it stunk in the room, the beds were uncomfortable, i used to be a housekeeper in a motel back in the 70's and 80's during the oil boom and we had the cleanest rooms...we were not pleased at all about the stay in your motel..the bed skirts were dirty...need to clean a lot better especially when the price is over $100.00...didn't even want to take a shower...the mirrors were dirty etc., etc...need better cleaner rooms...

Our room was never cleaned and we were there for 5 days the toilet paper holder was broken the sink was broken.. there was never any clean towels in the pool area unless we went to the front desk to ask we had to ask for bedding for the the pull out couch and that was a pain and it was a pain to get extra towels for the room

Could have been so much better.
I really want to love this place! However not so good overall. Room was not that clean either was the pool area. Also FYI if you're planning as a family NO food in the pool area and not good seating options for enjoying a pizza with the family.

We do not allow food in pool area becasue kids would drop food on floor and track it into the water with their feet. We have meeting room for groups to meet

We stay here often! However this time and the last time we stayed our room has had some issues. This time there was food left in the fridge, and things on the floor like it maybe didn’t get vacuumed all the way, the door wasn’t locked when we first checked in. I had mentioned it to hotel staff and he said he would let his manager know but nothing was ever said to us. Not huge deals but would have been nice to know that it was acknowledged.

Decent enough
Room was clean, but had a jr high boys sweat smell to it. Kids loved the pool. There are cheaper hotels, but if u want a waterside, pool, and wading pool, this place is great.

I liked that it was quiet, friendly staff, swimming pool was nice & clean, room was comfortable and clean. The one thing I did not like was breakfast. I liked the options provided, however, the quality and taste of the food items was poor in comparison to other hotels with the same offerings. This one thing would make me stay elsewhere unfortunately as it is one of the deciding factors in where we stay. We have 3 kids and the convenience of a hot breakfast is important and not having to leave to get it. Both mornings the breakfast was terribly disappointing. Overall, we would stay again but I hope to have a better breakfast experience. Thank you.

So much banging above our room. From the bottom floor u can constantly hear the exit door slamming when ppl go thru. Our stay was noisy checked out the night before our actual check out day

After walking around the hotel with my handicapped mother trying to get into the room, the front desk guy after the 3rd time gave us a different room. After walking aeound the building AGAIN, the key still didnt work on the second room and a guy smoking weed in the back hallway. I was there with my children! Do not recommend this place and customer service was AWFUL

There was a lot of mold in the toilet. The vacuming wasn't done very well before we arrived. Dog owners did not clean up after their dogs (Not the hotels fault, but there could be better signage to patrons to clean up after their dogs)

Big confusion during our check in. We had three room reservations and the front desk could not figure out our third reservation. He kept saying a different person was already checked in, even though that person was not part of our party. Two of our party had already checked in. Spent 20 minutes trying to get checked in to our room that we paid for. We had the names and confirmation numbers for all three rooms, so I cannot figure out why it was such a difficult process. Hotel was not very clean. Tub was dirty and wouldn’t drain. Pool did not have clean towels. The worker told my kids to just take towels out of the dirty laundry bin. Maid service did not come in to empty garbages or restock towels. And there was a beetle crawling in one of our beds.

Overall stay was ok, kids really couldn't say in too long due to older kids playing with footballs throwing them across the pool several. times it bounces out of glass windows to dangerous for our kids to stay. No hot water in shower just warm too too much noise kids running in halls and slamming doors after 10pm.

When I checked in at 5pm, my room was not ready. Finally the room was “ready” but was far from clean. At around 8pm, there was no water in the building. The front desk told me 5-10 minutes. At 10pm there still was no water. The beds are super uncomfortable. I will not be back and do not recommend to anyone.

Very sorry about the water issue we had a pip bust from the snow storm. So that was totally out of our control. The beds are two weeks old. So very sorry you were not happy with them. We are updating the hotel so everyday we are trying to improve our guests stay. I will have a meeting with housekeeping staff about cleanliness of the rooms.

Our room was dirty. It stunk like body oder and feet. Then sink drain was clogged. There was only two bath towels in the bathroom. The mattress on the pullout couch had stains and orders. We had to ask for extra sheets and blankets for the pullout couch. For $150 a night I was very disappointed. My expectations for the price we paid were not met.
