The staff made sure that the request I had made on my reservation was provided. Emerson, Fatimah and Ash were all friendly and available to answer questions and provide suggestions for dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a clean hotel. We only stayed the night because our air conditioning in our home went out and we arrived at the hotel late so i didn't complain to the hotel staff about the room since it was only minor things. The floor wasn't swept, and the table was not wiped down because there were food crumbs left on the floor and table from the previous guest. The curtains were also stained. I used the public restroom while there and it was nasty. The breakfast was okay, not the best but not terrible either. Other than that the hotel was okay. The staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. I just personally wouldnt stay again mainly due to the lack of cleanliness.

Very long and unnecessary check in procedure. Only received one door key. Value was terrible. The bed sheets were rough as sandpaper. The bathroom sink was 10 inches below standard height. The continental breakfast was horrific (very few choices). It was clear the proprietor is on a cost savings binge. We will not be back.
