Needs New Property Manager
Cost to stay here vs 2 hotel rooms for the same cost. Go get 2 hotel rooms.
Here’s my experience.
Pretty frustrating.
These photos were probably taken 2 yrs ago when they renovated this house. The property was over grown with weeds, front porch wasn’t blown so we could sit outside, screens on the porch are all busted up.
We go inside, to the smell of mold coming from crawl. So strong we couldn’t sleep in the master.
The house was picked up clean but guarantee you it hadn’t been deep cleaned in 2 months.
Beds were comfortable.
Ran out of toilet paper on 2nd day. Not enough in house.
No iron and property manager said they would drop one off and never did. Had to take clothes to a family member’s house.
Blinds are all torn and we had to tape the torn ones so the homeless people couldn’t see us get undressed in the shower or bedrooms. Dumpster divers at night just a heads up.
Quiet neighborhood.
While we were gone one afternoon, someone came by and mulched.
There are so many options to stay in this area and I would go somewhere else. We aren’t staying at a friend’s house, it’s a public space so it must be CLEAN and stocked of essential items.
Cost way too much for the condition given to us.
