Price for one night was reasonable, but Kingsize suite needs to be cleaner and needs to be updated. There were stains on the wall near the nightstand. I assume a drink was spilled and never cleaned. The room smelled funny and the furniture was peeling. Also, the complimentary soap was clearly the cheapest. Breakfast left much to be desired. We checked in around 6pm and night crew was friendly. However, the morning crew at the desk were rude. My husband went to the car to get the small cooler for ice, and when he entered the hotel the employee treated him as if he was not welcomed even though he stayed there the night before. Customer Service needs to be improved amongst other things.

Had to pay upfront before I got to the room because the manager knew it was a terrible place to stay. Very old floor and door stuck onto the floor. Very old shower and dirty shower curtain. Some light fixtures not working. Will never stay in any Laquinta again . The key took 15 to 20 minutes to open door.

I booked this hotel because of its indoor pool. We arrived at the facility and there was a sign at the door “pool is temporarily closed.” An arriving guest heard us discussing it and said ,”I’ve been coming here for 7 years in a row and that pool is always closed.”

From the outside the property looks nice. When we got to our room, the door to the room wouldn't open all the way because it got stuck against the floor. The linens for the beds were extremely thin and the pillows need to be replaced. The elevator made a loud noise while the doors were opening and closing and there was no elevator inspection certificate in the elevator. There are plenty of places to eat nearby for pretty much anyone.
