“Good Hotel, shame about the car park and charges”

Last Minute Booking, really pleased with the choice made. The car park gets really busy buy managed in the end to leave my car on double yellow lines. Note that you get charged £7 for parking when you leave, I found this alittle off as you have paid to saty in the hotel and have not just left your car they for the day for no reason.

“Great Hotel, wrong room”

The hotel was great, except they didn't give me the room I booked. When I questioned it, they moved me to another room, which was still not a 'deluxe twin'.

“Good for the NEC”

The check in staff were great and changed our room type from Queen bed to twin. There wasn't enough shampoo etc in the room but we had brought our own so it didn't matter. Parking was £7 per 24 hours for guests and the car park was full when we arrived at 9.30pm. We asked if we could park in the special area and it was no problem at all. The staff were very helpful.

“A NEC must”

the hotel was great 20 min walk to the NEC I was upgraded to the upper class level with free drinks and food. It was great for socializing with customers.

“One of the Best”

Had a most enjoyable stay. Convenient for transport and theatres, very helpful staff,very willing to provide any information required(ie transport times location of various tourist attractions. Will definetly go back.

“Very Pleasant Stay”

Excellent venue for a NEC event. Room was good size for a single. Only slight complaint was the open plan toilet. I would have prefered a door between the toilet and the bedroom. Also found the shower difficult to operate. Breakfast choice was excellent with staff on hand in the dining room to assist if required.

“Will return for NEC events”

Really great hotel. We were attending an event at the LG Arena and could not have asked for a better location. Parking was reasonable at £8. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a room at the front of the hotel with a view of the roof! This didn't matter to us as this wasn't the reason for our stay! Breakfast the following morning was well organised and delicious!

“Best location for NEC”

Perfectly located for visitors to the Nec - just a 4 min walk! Hotel facilities are top notch - breakfast is fantastic. Don't bother paying £7 to park in the hotel car park - just use the free car parks around the hotel at the NEC complex. I stayed alone in a single room - which was basic & rather tired in its decor. However the rest of the hotel was v swish! I think the single rooms are over due an update as they let the rest of the hotel down. That said the pool, food, bar & proximity to NEC make it all worth while!
