“Very comfortable amenities”

We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn because their rooms are so modern and comfortable. This trip was no exception. Check-in was easy and quick and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and nice. Our room was very comfortable, the beds are always awesome. There were sufficient toiletries in the bathroom. The shower's water pressure was good. There were plenty of restaurants close to the hotel (both casual sit-down and fast food), so eating out was not a problem. We had a very nice time in Pelham, and the great rate I found on Expedia made our stay just that much better! Thanks for saving us money - it helped to offset the price of this vacation. I would definitelyl recommend this hotel to travelers needing a nice room, nothing fancy, but better than your run-of-the-mill hotel room. I always choose Hampton Inn because their beds, linens, and towels are always so nice and plush. Makes a big difference when you're away from home!

“Good Value and Location”

Have stayed at this particular hotel on several occasions. It has always been very nice. They were in the middle of renovating so the lobby was not really usable but the rooms were still very nice and we actually were in one of the rooms that had not been renovated yet. Overall, we had a very good experience!

“Lack of service”

The breakfast was out of everything at 8am, but they serve until 9 or 10am. The front desk said they were not expecting that many people and had to run out and get more stuff. They didn't even have coffee. They knew how many people/rooms were booked. They should have had someone working the breakfast area, but they didn't. I never saw anyone come in with extra stuff, but 3 people finally came to the area after about 30 minutes later and started refilling everything.
