THE WHIRLPOOL IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE TEMPERATURE SETTING. ITS BARELY EVEN WARM WATER. LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN TO THE STAFF BUT THEY ALL SAY "WE CANT ADJUST IT, THATS WHAT ITS SET TO." THE POOL IS GREAT BUT THE WHIRLPOOL IS A JOKE.

Our bathroom had different types of hair all over the floor. A housekeeper was in the hallway, we asked her if she could clean it. She was very nice and friendly but the a good bit of the hair was still on the floor. If you try to check in 15 min early they want to charge $15 so at 4pm it’s a massive line & only 2 people to check in. The steak house is outrageously priced. Over $100 for 2 adults $58 for an 8oz steak and no sides. I got a dinner salad and baked potato for $30. So the room price may not be bad but they will get you in all other areas. All staff was very nice. Loved the server at the bar and grill she was wonderful. Gambling was fun.

We checked in on a monday and the dront desk wasnt friendly and ask for my service dogs papers, and my husband said Ok, but I have them in the car, and thought it was against the law to ask, then the other receptionist was oh nooo! Sorry she is new, then told her you should never ask! Ok , the room smelled weird, the carpet was filthy, and the beds were like a rock! No microwave but a fridge was there.after our paid 1 night We stayed the rest of the week on comps which I wont do again unless the carpets are clean and the room smells fresh and a pillow top is offered. My hips are still in pain we just checkes out friday. I dont remember it being this bad 4 years ago. I wont return until its renovated. One positive thing is the end of the week crew was nice and helpful. The first of the week are rude.

Front desk lady when we checked in was very stuck up. I had to greet her instead of her greeting us in order to get her attention to check in. Imagine being a customer spending money but had to greet your worker. Hotel floor #9 smell like Marijuana. Casino were not well ventilated. Pool was small and undesirable. A lot can be improve on. Bed was comfortable, however.

The location is good. But had to ask for towels and wash clothes when we checked in. And on our 2nd day they never cleaned our room while we were out all day. And had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes again that evening. Cleaning crew was definitely lacking. And had a daiquiri down stairs and it was horrible. The front desk staff was very good. Other than that it was good.

I have stayed at this location on several occasions. I really like the convenience of self-parking and I really love the pool area. However, the ac unit in the rooms are horrible. It's really warm at night. That's the only downfall at this location. I will stay again and bring a fan. The skywalk to the beach is easy and convenient.

Weird that my negative review has been made to be changed about 7 times now. This Harrah’s is awful, terrible customer service and the front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. Never going back and I’d suggest avoiding using a third party to book there.

Charge $28 for 3pm check in. Daiquiri bar was out of many sizes and several advertised liquor. Hot tub jets mostly didn’t work. No available seating at pool bc each chair required a reservation even though unused. Good part-I did win big on first night in casino. Loved the all night Steak and Shake

Very disappointed in this place for the amount of money they charge. This place is in need of an update bad. Carpet pretty much everywhere needs to be replaced, very dirty looking. The room we were in definitely showed its age. My wife and I were traveling and stayed at two different Holliday Inn Express's two nights and one night in a Drury Inn. They were a third (or less) of the price and way nicer! They also offered free food and drinks included in the price. Since it was a last-minute decision, Harrah's was our only option to spend two nights in a Hotel Casino in the area, others were full. Gambling was just okay, never expect to walk away a winner anywhere we go to gamble. We were able to play for a little while before cutting our losses. I booked a room that showed an ocean view, ended up in a room that did not. We will not be going back there.

We love this resort/casino. We’ve stayed here 3 times while driving between Florida & Texas. Great half way point for a nice hotel & a little fun gambling.

The water took at least 30-45 minutes to get hot (each time we wanted to shower). Water pressure was also horrible. A lot of softener in the water as well, couldn’t tell if you got off the soap off or not. Was in a very convenient spot tho and the Starbucks was amazing !
