“Portugal Spain”
Nicely located
“Great hotel in a good location”
Located just on the edge of the old town close to numerous bars with the sights all within walking distance along the river. Near to the metro, bus or tram as well. A great place for a weekend stay.
“Douillet et idéalement placé.”
Bilbao peut être pluvieux, grace à la situation de l'hotel (au bord des "siete calles" et du quartier des affaires) nous avons profité de la ville avec l'assurance de pouvoir se réfugier à tout moment dans notre chambre. Deco chic, chambre un peu étroite mais bien équipée. C'était bien.
“Fabuloso!!”
The hotel is located in the perfect proximity to everything. It is a beautiful area of the city and a short walk one way brings you to the museum and upscale shopping. Walk in the other direction and you are in the old quaint streets of Bilbao. The hotel is a nice small hotel on the corner of busy street with a great view. It is very clean and the management is very nice, even when we were a little loud one night. There is a lounge up on the 6th floor which was a nice place to sit and chat. The rooms are small, but that is the way they are everywhere. I would definatley go back there if I return to Bilbao.
“Loved the sound of the tram”
Brilliantly located on the edge of the old town and right next to a tram stop. Staff very friendly, especially Joanna! Great places to visit, though we struggled to find any Vegetarian restaurants - did a lot of walking in the evenings!
“Amazing location”
Right on the corner of a square by the river and right next to the theatre. Really close to the best plaza for evening drinks. Efficient staff and great rooms - we had a view over the square towards the river. Breakfast is in the attic but unfortunately no views from there.

Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Very clean.
“Ideal location in the old town”
Perfectly located for walks through the pedestrianised old town and along the river, and right next to a tram stop for getting further afield. Theatre and evening street theatre across the road. Plaza Nueva nearby too for tapas. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Rooms small especially the bathrooms (shower rooms?) which could do with an update but you're not coming to sit in your hotel room anyway are you? Overall recommended and good value for leisure visitors
“Good base”
The hotel is in a great spot, by the river on the edge of the old town. The rooms aren't huge but they are clean and comfortable.
“Beau, propre, bien placé, moderne, internet, super, bon prix, super!”
L'hôtel est beau, internet, la chambre bien aménagée, moderne, super. Mais... beaucoup dans l'hôtel le matin quand les hommes et les femmes d'affaires partaient - mauvaise sonorisation partie couloir dans l'hôtel. Par contre, on a rien entendu côté rue! En tout cas, c'était pas grave, je retournerai sans hésitation. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
