A good hotel, we only stayed for one night so it didn’t affect us too much but the room was quite small with no hot drink facilities, we did make use of the machine down in the lobby however. Overall a good cheap hotel with friendly staff and well located in Bilbao

This property is clean, but the rooms are very small. However, you pay for what you get. It is cheaper than other "normal" hotels. Except for the smallness of the room, everything else is good.

The hotel is well situated, located a short walk from the central Intermodal transport hub and across the road from a nice bakery/cafe. The rooms are quite small but they are clean and they have everything you need for a short stay in Bilbao. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a budget hotel.

Perfect stay
Perfect price quality. This little hotel is located at 30’ walking distance from the centre. Bus and train stops nearby. Safe area, nice rooms, clean and fresh. Good shower. Breakfast option is grear! Staff is absolutely amazing! A very big thank you to you all!

Great team!
The hotel has a very good location, close to Internodal and city center, the rooms are smart, modern, functional and minimalist, the toilet and the showerspace are separated ( a la francaise), the breakfast is fresh, healthy and enough. The best asset about ibis BCITY is the fantastic team of young , smart, smiling and welcoming staff at the reception, breakfast area and cleaning departament. They will take good care of you!

Tiny room, but it's clean and conveniently located. It does the job for one day. A 10 minute walk from the bus terminal (Intermodal Station) and 2 minutes walk to the cercanias train that would take you to the Abando train station.

Unfortunately I only checked in at 0930 on the day I was leaving so did not sleep there but nonetheless the staff were welcoming and I was allowed to use the room until 1300. This gave me time to visit the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum before catching a bus to Madrid from the nearby bus station. Breakfast looked good but I did not have time and otherwise the room was fine.

Hotel was fine. Rooms are very small, so two people and luggage takes up all the space. Also, shower looks right into room so no privacy.

Most expansive 12 square meters with smallest sink I ever had. I could not even imagine that can be so small (room and sink). I changed 3 times the room till I get one with king/queen bed. The others were made by 2 single bad. Imagine how is to pay 340€ for 2 night after I had anothet week there (no other hotel available due to "tour de France". For sure I will not comeback at this hotel to sleep. To salute some reception stuff YES, but to spend my money in 12square meter without washing the face at sink (just making shower is possible, otherwise you heat the had to mirror due to no distance between sink and wall). I am wandering why is called "BUDGET"?😲

The hotel was lovely, very comfy bed lovely shower and very quiet room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast ample. It was in a bit of a run down area, we struggled to find places to get a proper meal, we stayed in Bilbao for the Tour de France and thought we would make a long weekend of it. However there isn’t a great deal to do in Bilbao itself so we got an earlier flight home.

I understand that this is a budget hotel but there could be improvements on several aspects such as the thin mattress which slides sideways all the time and the towels which were worn out. The room is also not soundproof so there is noise coming from the adjacent rooms. Finally, the cleaning staff should be less invasive with guests' personal belongings and privacy. I came back to my room one day to find my pyjamas on the dirty luggage and several of my belongings were also moved around in the room.

I was disappointed by this hotel...small and very basic room, ambivalent staff, parking nightmare, below average beeakfast. Beyond its convenience for the stadium, I would choose to stay somewhere else if I returned to Bilbao.
