Great rooms and convenient to everything in Key West. Having a private beach was a great way to relax and enjoy the gulf.

When we checked in very late Friday evening the reception staff member did not explain well to me how the accommodations were. I found out on my own where the building was that I was staying and that the parking lot was on the ground floor of the building. There were no luggage carts by our building to take our luggage to our room. I had to carry luggage for 4 people by myself. The room floor was very dirty as if it had been uninhabited for a long period of time and then open to rent without cleaning. There was a live cockroach in the bathroom of my room. The balcony door was broken and did not lock. The spout of sink in the kitchen was broken. The housekeepers did not speak English or Spanish so it was difficult to communicate with them. The restaurant on property Tavern n Town is excellent. The pool is excellent. The views are excellent. The showers and beds in the room are excellent. Oleg from bell services is excellent. Ría and John from breakfast at the restaurant are excellent employees. Rolando the evening restaurant manager is great. Caroli our server is great. The food expediter gentleman in the evening is excellent. The spaciousness of our room was very good.

Beautiful old mansion. Quiet and I could bring my dog. WiFi was spotty but otherwise I was pleased and would return in the future.

Nice place clean, pretty decor everywhere… only downside for me personally is that there’s iguanas walking around and didn’t let me enjoy my patio cause i really don’t like lizards reptiles of any type but for people that don’t mind is fine, but overall was good

Everything about my trip to Key West was great! Wouldn't change a thing.
