Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Only negative point is, if you want to order room service, they will charge you €20 for delivery.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. Room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. The only thing I found negative is that they are charging €20 for room service delivery. If you pick-up your order yourself at the restaurant and bring to the room, you will not pay the €20.

Beautiful New Hotel
Beautiful hotel, 6 months old so everything is fresh and clean! Our suite had a Jacuzzi bath that looked out from full height windows across a small park (we were on the 6th floor). Beds super comfy and HUGE pillows. We weren’t aware but there is a spa and leisure facilities in the hotel so we couldn’t check these out unfortunately.

Great rooms, food could do better
Large room, with desk area to work on, seating, large comfy bed. Super bath, shower and clean bathroom. Hole in wall under sink where they taped up a leak. And a separate toilet. Food was good, expensive, but well prepared. I had duck that arrived cold. They then re heated the same bit of duck. Re heating pink meat is not so great an idea. But it did taste very good. Good gym with excellent range of equipment.

Fantastic (when it’s finished)
This fantastic hotel is brand new. Modern, bright, with all the high-end amenities you’d expect from a 5*. Lobby area is very spacious; restaurant is superb, as is the food; breakfast was excellent. There’s a small “shop” by reception so you buy toothpaste, razor blades, snacks, etc. The rooms are excellent, but being brand new, there were a few snags (some loose fittings etc), which I’m sure will be fixed. Biggest disappointment was that the pool / gum were not finished, but when they are, I’m sure they’ll be as good as the rest of the hotel. Pool looked quite narrow (4m?) but maybe 20m long - not bad for a hotel pool. Also, there still a bit of building work going on around the grounds - Tesla chargers or yet installed, some of the car park area being finished. Service was excellent. There’s not a lot to do in the immediate area - probably need a cab into Best / Eindhoven, or hire a bike.

Het hotel is erg luxe! De kamers, de spa en de algemene ruimten zijn uitstekend. Het hotel is erg nieuw en dat is er aan af te zien. Ondanks dat je uit (kan) kijken op de snelweg is dat van de hogere etages zeker niet vervelend! Met een klein half uurtje ben je met het openbaar vervoer in Eindhoven en met de auto vervolg je zo weer jouw reis.

Jammer maar kans gemist
Mooi hotel kamer geboekt voor 3 nachten superieur kamer best een hoop geld, lawaai van vliegtuigen die heel laag overvliegen. Tv werkte niet. 3 avonden niet fatsoenlijk tv kunnen krijgen. na klacht bij balie niets aan gedaan(lag bij ziggo) verder mooie nette luxe kamer.

Beste Iwan,We betreuren het lawaai van vliegtuigen en de tv-problemen tijdens uw verblijf. Onze excuses voor het ongemak echter kunnen wij helaas niks doen aan de vliegtuigen. Wij zijn inderdaad ook op de hoogte van de storing van Ziggo. Dit is helaas onmacht en hier kunnen wij op dit moment niks aan doen. Helaas waren bijna alle faciliteiten nog gesloten. Dit stond niet duidelijk vermeldt. Tevens werkte de airco niet, het was erg warm op de kaler ivm glazen ramen hoekkamer. Werd netjes opgelost door ons een andere kamer aan te bieden, echter was dit niet de kamer welke we geboekt hadden. Deze kamer was minder mooi en goedkoper. We kregen een drankje vanwege het prijsverschil. Deze hebben we dus zelf betaald. Het gaat ons niet om de 10 euro maar het was netjes geweest als ze hadden aangegeven dat we het verschil in bedrag terug zouden krijgen, en vanwege het ongemak een gratis drankje. We kregen een kamer welke we niet geboekt hadden. Personeel ontbijt buffet was erg vriendelijk en enthousiast! De keuze was reuze, boven gemiddeld! Erg uitgebreid.
