We do have social space with a TV, and WiFi is available throughout our main building. We are happy that you enjoyed how clean and well looked after the hostel is.

Hello, apologies that you found difficulties after locking yourself out of the hostel. As we are not staffed 24hrs a day i understand that it was difficult for you to gain access after you forgot your key. We've updated our signage to make the out of hours emergency contact more visible and enlarged it on the check-in information we provide. i understand that a member of staff came out at 3am to let you in as soon as we were made aware and we acted as soon as we could.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us! The self service areas of the Hostel are great, a mini home away from home. Please do come back and visit us again when you are in the Berwick area.

Hello. We are very pleased that you really like the hostel. We still offer great value, clean and safe accommodation suitable for all sorts of travelers, and location wise we are hard to beat. We aren't a Hotel but we never pretend to be. Top ten is still very good though. Hope to see you again soon.
