The hotel is out of the city centre, about 30 minutes on the U-Bahn system. Its on a quiet street but there are plenty of bars/restaurants in the area. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Worth the effort to travel out of town to get and avoid the expense of staying in the centre.

I was very happy with my choice.
It was a very pleasant hotel. We arrived very late. The staff were very polite and more than helpful! I had forgotten my phone charger and he lent me one, even brought it up to our room. So kind! It was clean and breakfast was good. It was also quiet as not on noisy street. One thing - it would be nice to have tea in the room but that is very English!!

I was very late booking for long weekend and feared I’d find nothing or only double-price. Instead I found a room at Centro discounted: perfectly clean, comfortable, quiet, everything one needs. Breakfast superb. Staff universally friendly, helpful, polite. Convenient location 10 min walk to Kurfürstendamm & KWilhelm Mem Church; easy mass transit U3 & U7 two blocks from hotel; and to/from Tegel Airport.

Simple and clean bathroom, will stay again!
The hotel is clean and location is situated in a quiet neighborhood, we liked it. Most importantly is the bathroom is clean and updated , the price is good. linen and towels are clean, except pillows was pretty flat, but it works for us. Would definitely stay again.

A Summer Stay at Centro Hotel Berlin City West.
My wife and I stayed in a very nice clean comfortable room at what seemed to be a very reasonable price. The location was convenient for accessing the public transit system in Berlin. There was no air conditioning in the room. This appears to be common in Germany. As an American, I am used to being able to turn on air conditioning when a hotel room becomes uncomfortably warm. We opened the windows at night at this allowed cool air to enter the room. Very nice breakfast offerings. We parked our rental vehicle on the street and paid one Euro per hour during business hours. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Good location in nice neighbourhood with quite a nice few bars/cafes nearby. Very good connections to the rest of Berlin via bus or U bahn. Hotel is OK but walls are incredibly thin and décor is a bit tired; amenities a bit basic, not easy to access wifi in room, room cards not always working and it would be nice to have access to a coffee in the room in the mornings. Breakfast not that great for the price, you can get cheaper better choices nearby. Staff are lovely: friendly and helpful but the hotel itself could do with a refresh.

the pictures and description were much cleaner and better quality in reality. beds were extremely soft and hurt the back and the pillows were flat. we need more pillows so our neck didn't hurt. the walls in our rooms were very dirty and our carpet had many dirty stains.

Everything was great. My room was clean, area was very quiet and close to U-Bahn (not very far from S-Bahn as well). Only one thing that I really don’t like that an old guy on front desk was not very polite. He gave me a key from someone’s room. I was tired and wanted to get some rest. You can’t imagine how was I surprised when I opened the room and someone was inside there. I had to go back to the front desk and wait again. He’s sorry was not very nice. I think things like that should not happens in hotels.

Berlin visit
Although it was a little out of the centre of the City, the U bahn was close by . The girl on the desk could not have been more helpful, even printing off the best route to a destination out of town.

This is a good hotel. It has air conditioning which was quite a relief from the hotel I came from. It is in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks south of K-Damm, the major street in the area. There are restaurants nearby and two U-Bahn stations within a couple of blocks. It looks like the building must be pretty new. I don't thinks it's a rehab. There's nothing that looks old. For instance, I got a cheap room but it was a corner room and it was 3 times as big as the one I had at an older hotel which had no air conditioning. The bathroom in the Park Inn was half as big as the whole room at the prior hotel. It has a bar and a limited food menu but I never saw anyone eating a meal there. There should be no surprises here though. My stay was quite comfortable.

Nice staff but the rooms are lacking
Double beds are two small twins pushed together with two single sheets. No kettle or spare sheets. Curtains and blinds don't really block out enough light. Also woke up with bites. Staff were very helpful though and a pleasure to deal with. A second pillow was provided when requested.

great for business visits
The hotel is very accessible. 5 minutes walk from two U stations , we stayed there for two night on a business trip and it was exactly what was needed for the budget we had. it was a great value for money, clean , nice and quiet. keep in mind , its not in the center of town, but if you come for business you might find it comfortable.
