Cute spot with a very comfortable room. It’s small but cozy and perfect for 1-2 nights. We found a great Middle Eastern Eatery called Smash’d in walking distance that was great, the man working was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was perfect! Our flight arrived late at night so the hotel was locked but when we rang the number on the door a member of staff came straight away to check us in. The room itself was fantastic, it was big, lots of facilities and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned on our second day and it was immaculate. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location with transport links close by and almost everything you’d need was in walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel and if we came to Berlin again, we’d definitely stay here. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again

What an amazing place to stay! I stayed in the executive suite for 7 nights and loved it. Having a kitchen was great for keeping drinks in the fridge and the seperate space for lounge and bedroom made me feel at home and able to host people. They also have free DIY laundry facilities which was great and they provided everything you needed. Grocery store close by and also the main train station. Highly recommend!

My favorite thing about this hotel was the ‘essential room’ with free washer and dryer access and towels available at anytime! We stayed in the balcony room and we’re pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was. 10/10 stay!

The location is incredible - minutes walk to Alexanderplatz yet still quiet enough to get some rest at night. Countless bars and restaurants nearby. Clean room with plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Great location. The place feels safe and mostly clean. We had an issue with our room and we were moved to a different one It’s shame it took two nights as it felt like the staff didn’t handle it very professionally in the beginning They did so eventually

The air-conditioning is subpar. But the location and the view made up for that. Didn’t eat at the on-site restaurant because of the poor reviews but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t of liked it. With the windows open it was very tolerable. Overall it’s a decent place to stay for the price. It was very safe and secure. Don’t count on the TV working unless you speak German only. There were some improvements needed to the rain like some tiles that had come up in the shower and also the TV would not hurt to the net work. There is a refrigerator in the room but that was questionable at best. Again I would still stay there again and would recommend it for location purposes.

Excellent room with kitchenette - spacious, recently updated, and had most conveniences. The property is super convenient to transit and walking distance to many cafes and shops. One main note - this is more a furnished apartment than a hotel - the photos show a restaurant that is not really part of the hotel and a former store/cafe that used to be on the ground floor but is closed now. There are NO common spaces or breakfast options in the building and front desk staff leave at 11 pm. That’s OK in this area that is full of cafes, but the photos are misleading (most are of the restaurant and former store/cafe).

Lovely room with a huge bed and wonderful open style shower. We especially enjoyed the food, drink and service at the Type Hype restaurant and shop next door.
