The hotel is very near to the airport. Room was very new and quiet. Breakfast was good too. A very good hotel to stay in for planning to arrive from the airport too early or late night landing in Berlin.

Perfect for a quick 24hr stay in Berlin. Walk in/out of airport terminals. Trains just steps out the front of the hotel into Berlin. Would stay here again for a quick trip in Berlin. Rooms were really nice.

The hotel is a convenient walking distance from the airport terminal 1. I was worried about dinner options but the hotel’s restaurant had delicious options for reasonable prices. The staff was also kind in suggesting food options for my mom who has dietary restrictions.

The rooms are immaculate. The part that was most frustrating after extended travel is an early check-in is 30 euros for a room that is already cleaned and ready to go.

All round good hotel
All round good hotel. Rooms are clean and look/feel "new". Good breakfast, with most items also marked with veg/vegan labels. Good dinner options for a short stay. Excellent location from the airport. Only downside is that it isn't made clear on the website that the spa costs extra to use.

Convenient for T1 & T2
On the whole a very pleasant stay in a new hotel. You can check in on line and in reception use either a person or machine to get your key cars which is very convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy and, importantly, quiet given how close the airport is. The only issue I have is the fairly standard German duvet which is always 50 cm smaller than the bed!! There is a restaurant on site which was quite good but I did not appreciate the waiter pointing out that there is no service or gratuity included and would I like to give one. Possibly due to number of US visitors and their propensity for tipping but European standards are different. Good service deserves recognition but I don't want to be forced into it. Breakfast was good

The room was very nice. We needed extra pillows which were brought to us right away. There was a complimentary bottle of still water in the room. Each bed had two European-style comforters.

A restless stay
Clean hotel and a friendly, professional staff; there is easy access to terminals 1 and 2. We only stayed overnight on an 8-hour layover, so we were very tired and only wanted to sleep. Unfortunately, the temperature was extremely warm in the room and throughout the building, so we had a very restless, uncomfortable stay.

Wanted to go to the gym and was told when my key didn’t work I needed to pay 15eur to access it. No mention of payment required when making booking and no mention the night before when asking about gym opening hours. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I had to pay extra to use gym facilities as it is important for me to exercise after flights due to health issues. Should be clear on website that payment is required to use facilities listed. Staff not helpful and just told me manager wouldn’t arrive till 9am which was too late.

I was able to make a 9:55 flight after I over slept until 8:45! proximity to Airport made this possible! I was out the door and on a plane pronto!
