Property itself is fantastic, nothing but praise; the surrounding area by the train station is full of nasty shady people in the evening however, please be careful!

Tiny very basic rooms
Very basic budget hotel. Tiny rooms with weird toilet/ shower. Windows don’t open 😒. I paid 165 EUR per night without breakfast, and this was way overpriced !

Unfriendly Staff
Hotel staff is not friendly.. just like robot without smiling face, too cold like the weather in Berlin The room is small with a tiny bathroom. I guessed all the ibis hotels are like that.

Comfortable beds; hot water was practically immediate out of the sink faucet & shower; and the three days we bought breakfast, it was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Not a complaint, just an observation of differences in what US travelers are used to: - No washcloths or hand towels - Only 2 towels for 2 travelers, and when I got an extra one from the maid’s cart, it was gone the next day - Small pillows, and only one of them on each bed - No electric outlet in the bathroom Again, not a complaint, I adjusted easily.

Comfortable Short Stay
I arrived late in the evening at around 10.30pm after flying into Berlin Tegal. It was easy to reach by public transport from the airport. Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable when i arrived. It had been one of the hottest days of the year in Berlin at 38 degrees and my room was nice and cool when I entered. I had a comfortable nights sleep and a good breakfast the next morning.

Hotel was well located, next to a mall which was very convinient, the metro stration was right there, so it was very convinient to move around, only 10 minutes to messe berlin which was the purpose of the trip. the hotel was very basic, rooms smalls, but clean and comfortable. the staff was really good, except for one lobby girl that was not at the level of expectations, sorry i miss her name, actually that was the one thing i did not like about the hotel. after that location was really good, a lot restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, a mall, etc. I would definitely take if i ever go back to the messe berlin.

Good hotel
We arrived after 10pm but still received a warm welcome. The man at reception was extremely helpful, particularly with advice on travel to Berlin Hbf, early the following day. The room was very quiet and, most importantly, we had a goos night's sleep!

Grear local for access to Berlin train side on the western edge of the city and Spandau Altstadt for restaurants and shopping. Modern design with room smaller than U.S. standards but clean and efficient use of space.

Berlin Ibis Spandau
We stayed over a long weekend mainly for a concert near the Olympic Stadium but there is very good access to Berlin centre and Schoenfeld airport. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station.

Modern hotel near Spandau main station
Room was clean and modern but a bit small for the price. Great convenience for public transportation, shopping and restaurant options. 9th floor room was surprisingly quiet for how busy the area is with main roads and trains nearby. Hotel staff was constantly distracted and needed more help.

Nice with no frills, just the way I like it
This is the sort of hotel I like to stay in when I'm away with work. Nice and clean offering good value by striping back on the extra's that I never use anyway such as tea and coffee in the room. I'll certainly use the hotel next time I'm in the area.

Standard 3* Stadthotel mit dementsprechender Ausstattung. Zimmer sehr warm. Entweder man nutzt die Klimaanlage oder das offene Fenster inkl. Verkehrslärm. Sauberkeit okay. TV-Programm und WLAN ausreichend. Einrichtung und Nasszelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr wirklich "up to date". Parken im Parkhaus der Arkaden - Tagesticket 5€ (keine Ermäßigung seitens Hotel) Für Stopover oder Kurzurlaub insgesamt noch ausreichend.
