This hotel looks "boutique" in the pictures but it's not; it's a very big property with 700 rooms and a lot of corporate events.
In the amenities section on Expedia they mentioned "Pillow menu" and "Blackout curtains" and they don't have either. The quality of the pillows is very low, almost flat, and super uncomfortable. The curtains are black, but not "blackout".
When I was checking in at 11 pm, self-service, I had someone coming from my back and started touching the screen. He was a staff but he did not introduce himself so I have to ask: Do you work here? Staff could be friendlier.
Breakfast is very good but it's very busy, a lot of people everywhere trying to find a table or queueing to get some coffee.
The hotel is nicely located near a park and very close to the gay area, just a 10-minute walk.
