A great hotel, very new and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is very close to central Potsdam, not central Berlin as we thought. About a 50 minute train ride to central Berlin. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

All the staff members were very helpful especially “Dirk”. And The air conditioner was not very cooling. The air conditioner broke down at one time.

Good hotel in central Potsdam
Simple but clean, with a great location. A free breakfast is very welcome. Fast wifi allows for some simple work (the room lacked a bigger table for anything more than a few emails). Would definitely stay again

Bedsheets seemed unchanged and were dirty. Despite the hotel having 200 rooms and being nealry full, there was no housekeeping to change the sheets. IHG rewards are clearly for its shareholders not its guests. Potsdam is a beautiful town but restaurants we visited had really unfriendly service. Few take credit cards, so forget the 21st century, Potsdam should join the 20th century.

Hotel is great choice for those who go for business. Clean, quite and close to Potsdam bhf - Breakfast is very good. For sure I will select it again in my next trip to Berlin.

Friendly & helpful staff. We parked opposite the hotel. Bed was very comfortable & room was clean & modern Shower was extremely good! Breakfast had lots to choose from

Super Lage, Service sehr gut, Frühstück sehr in Ordnung. Zimmer vollkommen klein aber oho. Wer ein paar Tage länger dort bleiben möchte sollte daran denken, dass in den Standard-Doppelzimmern nicht so viel Stauraum vorhanden ist. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Hotel Service super nett und hilfsbereit.Sauberkeit des Hotels war gut.Zimmer geräumig alles was man braucht.Lobenswert ist die Bar in der Lobby mit 24Stunden offen.Top.Nicht so toll sind die Parkmöglichkeiten und die Tiefgarage für eine Nacht zu teuer.

Lage top - Zimmergröße ausreichend und Zustand in Ordnung, aber der Teppich sehr fleckig, dafür dass das Hotel noch relativ neu ist. Leider Parkhaus voll trotz stattlicher 22€ p.N. - schlechte Größenplanung vermuten wir. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - sehr guter Tipp nicht zwischen 9-10 Uhr zu frühstücken, weil sehr voll und wenig Platz. Wir waren vorher und daher auch Frühstück in Ordnung und ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, um Potsdam unsicher zu machen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist jedoch sehr teuer. Sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang. Die Ampel mit den Stauzeiten für das Frühstück sollte man beachten, sonst kann es ungemütlich voll sein.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend für 1..2 Nächte. Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel 22€/Nacht oder 6 Minuten entfernt im Parkhaus für 15 Euro/Nacht. Kommen gern wieder, wenn wir mal wieder Potsdam besuchen.
