Let’s start with the positive - the staff were fantastic and the room is large Negative - bed was very uncomfortable, gym was small and the machines need to be wiped down, no complimentary bottled water offered in the room, the shower leaks onto the floor everytime you use it creating a flood in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best and not worth euro 22.

Happy customer
Upon arrival I received an upgrade to a suite. Most unexpected, but well received. Staff were polite and responsive, front of house and breakfast. Can’t comment on other meals. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Berlin, this is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in. Perfectly balanced for the price. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Basically. We get nothing even thru it is a vip hotel. Not much service from the hotel. And seem the property is converted to a hotel from an office building.
